Wedding week
Lake Arrowhead ended up being the perfect location for wedding guests/family standing s wedding at Lewallen Farms. The house could definitely use some updating, some of the stairs were very concerning as they were no longer attached to foundation and one that was “fixed” just had a piece of wood attached and many guests tripped on it. Elisabeth was very very responsive and helpful, she was great to work with! Other than a dated couch and some updates needed on the house itself the location and amenities were great-we would suggest more towels as one set per guest (and we actually didn’t have enough per our guest count) for 7 nights makes for a lot of laundry on vacation. We did have to clean the downstairs fridge and freezer before using as they were dirty. Everything else was decent. Definitely a house for teens/young adults, not for young children/seniors. We were grateful for the stay as a family with enough space to gather.., together!!

Great For Teenage Families
We had a great experience here. Perfect lake/pool combo home. We had 4 teenagers with us and it was perfect. We have stayed in other places on the lake, it was nice they left plenty of trash bags, laundry detergent and dish soap to get us through. It kept our kids entertained! It was the perfect getaway and we def would rent this place again.

Perfect property
We stayed in Georgia with another family for a baseball tournament. Elisabeth could not have been more helpful and the property was exactly as advertised. Lake/pool combo offered plenty of activities for grownups and teenagers alike. Property was equipped with everything we needed. Definitely recommend this property.

Fun Trip
We enjoyed our stay and the communication from Elisabeth was excellent. The house is well appointed and clean and the lake front location was wonderful. Although it is very close in proximity to neighbors, everyone was friendly as we spent a lot of time outside. The kids e joyed fishing and the kayaks. One thing to note about the layout is that the bunk bedroom is on the lower level which has several doors to access to pool and the lake. There are no adult bedrooms down there so just something to be aware of if you have small children staying down there. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Beauty, comfort, and convenience
Our family had a blast at this beautiful house. The house was beautiful and the setting was gorgeous. It had all of the conveniences that we needed. We mostly stayed in, but also enjoyed hikes, swimming, pickleball, and kayaking. We’d love to go back in spring or summer.

Fall break
Beautiful home and property in a really great community that is a secret to most of North Georgia. Clear water in the lake, nice marina, beautiful hiking trails, and lots of wildlife. The home is very well equipped and everything works, no surprises. Will definitely consider coming back again in the future.

Great Lake Family Vacation!
This property was a good fit for our family of 14! The dock is big and the kids enjoyed the kayaks and pool toys. Fishing off the dock was an added bonus. Plenty of beach towels for us all and adult sunbathing around the pool. Two kitchens and refrigerators, washer and dryers really helped! Elisabeth was very responsive to our concerns, questions and needs. The kids loved playing pool and the bottom floor quickly became their kid’s space. We would stay here again. The community amenities were plentiful, golfing fun and the marina made two days of boating possible which was great!

Family Getaway
We had a wonderful time with kayaks, fishing, and the pool. We had two toddlers with us, so the many levels and stairs were a little nerve wracking. This would be a GREAT house for families with older kiddos, or barricades for toddlers. 😊

Delightful Get Away We are Now Lake People
Home and location were exceptional. Had a family get away with our younger children and grandchildren, plenty of space for all and swimming in the lake and pool was a delight. Upstairs bedroom layout was like a vacation for my wife and I it was so lovely. Would stay again.

Baseball tournament
We all had the most amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront home. The house is well equipped with all the necessities and some luxury extras. The kayaks, pool, multiple decks and screened in porch made for many fun evenings outside. The boys and parents alike all loved our stay!
