Ympäri vuoden Lake Home on täydellinen hiekkaranta

Tämä iso koti on päivitetty, sisustettu ammattimaisesti ja on miellyttävä lomapaikka ympäri vuoden. Suuri hiekkajakauma sijaitsee suoraan kodin edessä ja lähellä olevan tason korkeus mahdollistaa lempeän uinnin joka suuntaan. Järvi on puhdas ja selkeä, ja tämä tontti ja uima-alue mahdollistavat piha-alueiden ja hiekkarannan, rikkakasvien vapaan uimarannan telakan ulkopuolella. Uimalautta on todella hauska plus kesäkuukausina.

Kodissa on 4 makuuhuonetta, 3 täyttä kylpyammeet ja 1 puoli kylpy. Tupakoimattomat omistajat pitävät sen huolellisesti puhtaana. Suuri suuri huone on täydellinen käyristyä takan ääressä ja katsella elokuvia sateisinä päivinä. Auringon huone tarjoaa iloisen tunnelman myös järvelle päin. Äskettäin (2019) uusittu keittiö on avoin kaikille ja on loistava paikka keskustella. Makuuhuoneessa on kaksi tilaa, jokaisella on oma kylpyhuone.

Tämä järven alue on hyvin yksinäinen ja yksityinen. Koti on umpikujassa olevalla tiellä, ja liikennettä on hyvin vähän tulossa ja menossa.

Muita erityispiirteitä ovat ylelliset patjat, kuten kaikki upouudet kalusteet ja sisustus. Lisäksi autotallissa on hieno ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu kalapuhdistusasema.

Vastuulliset vuokralaiset ovat tervetulleita käyttämään kajakkeja, meloa, vesipyörän polkuvenettä ja ulkogrilliä.


*** Olemme ylpeitä täydellisestä majoituksesta vuokralaisille; Leech-järvellä on kuitenkin tyypillisesti Mayfly-luukku noin 10 päivän ajan kesäkuun puolivälistä kesäkuun loppuun. Tämä vaikuttaa jonkin verran veden laatuun ja normaaliin koskemattomaan rantaan. Jokainen, joka vuokraa tänä aikana, myöntää tämän vastuuvapauslausekkeen.

Took some time to relax Up North
We completely enjoyed our time while staying at this home. The comfortable sectional near the fireplace was perfect while we had conversations, built a puzzle and viewed the lake. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pans, utensils and even spices. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. This was a great place to stay and for our group, relax.

Perfect for extended family vacation

Perfect setting for a large family gathering
This lake front property is beautiful and it is a short distance from the town of Walker where you can do everything from buying groceries to booking a guided fishing trip. The beds are VERY comfortable and all 4 bedrooms have access to a private bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and the dining room looks out over the lake. Water toys (a water bike and kayak) are provided. There is also an abundance of outdoor seating that encourages conversation around a camp fire at night (fire wood is provided). Every member of our family commented about how perfect this property was for a family gathering. We thank the hosts for this perfect week of relaxation.

Annual friend's getaway
We enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants, the casino, and grocery store. The lake was clear, free of weeds, and beautiful. The larger size of the campfire area, multiple chairs & tables & available "lake toys" were an added bonus for our group of 8. We didn't stay inside the house much, but it was well stocked for rainy days, too, with a dart board, ping pong, up to date board games & plenty of space for all of us. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will consider this property again in future years.

Another fantastic stay!
Our stay was fantastic as usual. The home was the perfect location for our family of 5 to relax and enjoy the lake. As always the house was clean, comfortable (the dreamiest mattresses), and well stocked with everything we needed. The beach, fire pit, kayak, water bikes, and foosball tables provided entertainment for all! Already looking forward to returning in the summer of 2023.

Five star lake property exceeds expectations!
This beautiful lake home on an absolutely perfect piece of lakeshore with a sandy beach and all the amenities was a wonderful place for our family to gather and play. Lake House Life with Call of the Loons
This is a well kept home with a dock to sit on and read while listening to the loons. Large kitchen area with quality appliances. One level is perfect for us seniors. Sandy beach to Leech Lake is right out the front door. Our grandson enjoyed the paddle bike and he and his father also used the kayak. The laundry room is a big plus. All positive and enjoyed by our family.
