Surf Pinesin aidatussa yhteisössä sijaitseva talo sijaitsee kätevästi Astorian ja Seaside-väylän välissä. Pääsy rannalle on vain korttelin päässä samoin kuin yhteisöpuisto lähellä. Suuri naapurusto kävelylle. Hirvieläinten, hirvien ja kaljujen kotkien usein esiintymiä. Cullaby-järvi on lähellä nauttien kalastuksesta, retkeilystä, piknikistä ja lintujen tarkkailemisesta.
Jos haluat päästä rannalle autolla, pääsy on aivan Surf Pinesin pohjoispuolella Sunset Beachin lopussa.

Alakerrassa on mukava takkahuone ja perhehuone, jossa on iso tv. Keittiö on kauniisti varustettu ja ainutlaatuisella ruokapöydällä 8. 3 makuuhuonetta (yksi parisänky ja kolme queen-vuodetta) ja 3 kylpyhuonetta. Large home, liked the three bedroom, three bath. Very pretty neighborhood. We had a problem with electrical outlets not working which was quickly fixed by the owner. There was also a broken window in one bedroom and the back door was hard to open. Also, it was misleading that it was 1 block from the beach. It was actually 1/3 of a mile to the actual beach.

The house was perfect for what we wanted. We found it very clean. We spent most of our time at the dining table playing games. It had seating for eight for our party of seven. There was plenty of hot water for all of us. Even though there was enough cookware, plates and glasses. etc., we eat out for all our meals with the exception of snacking during playing games. Even though there was no air conditioning, with the windows open there was a nice breeze that circulated through the house making it very comfortable. We had a great time For your information, two outlets, one each in the master bath and the main bath do not work.

Roomy Comfort with style!

I wish I had a...oh, there it is! So well and thoughtfully appointed. Fully supplied kitchen for all ranges of cooks. Spacious and with beautiful, artistic furnishings. Viewing room upstairs where you can a l m o s t see the ocean, but you can see a nearby park and a rather large backyard as well as watch a duck make a wonky landing in it. Several comfortable sitting areas. Windows that make the most of light! If you couldn't go outside, you would find so much to be happy with inside! If you do leave for excursions, you'll be happy to return to its comforts! This is a gem! The only deception was that it was a block to the beach. In one place it said the beach access was a block away. That was fairly accurate. But other summaries said a block TO the beach...and it is considerably more which makes a difference for 74-year-old knees!

Beautiful stay

It is the perfect house for a group. We had a group of 7. It is very spacious with a well stocked kitchen and 3 bathrooms, a beautiful interior and wide open outdoor space. The neighboring houses are generously spaced in a serene neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property, good location

The property was roomy, located centrally and QUIET! The only minus on the property was cleanliness. It appeared that the property had not been visited for a while, there was dust on items, the wood floors had dust balls and the master bath shower had some mold. Seen much worse though. Really enjoyed our stay and the morning walks to the beach.

Family time memories

The ocean is just down the trail and easy access. We had 4 generations of family this trip so a little bit of Great Grandma senior snoozes and also grandkids sand castles on the beach. House is well sized lots of areas to spread out and make memories.

Loved Our Stay in Warrenton!

We had a great experience at this property. We cooked a couple of meals and had all the necessary equipment. House was clean, beds were comfortable and the 7 of us fit comfortably in the space. More then expected

I was pleasantly surprised at how much room the house had for my family. It was clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach was perfect and the owner made sure to give clear instructions on how to get there. We were close to everything but out of the hustle and bustle of Seaside. A spacious and quiet retreat at the coast

My family and I had a lovely stay here to celebrate my father's birthday. The house is spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. You can hear the ocean when the windows are open and it's short walk to the beach access trail. Negatives: While the house was clean, there were some corners and cabinets that needed attention. Getting into the house was slightly confusing because the owners did not tell us about the inner front door lock, which we eventually figured out on our own. Also note that the primary bedroom's bed frame and very firm mattress is extremely tall and thus not suitable for mobility-challenged folks like my parents; was even slightly difficult for myself, a tall person, to get into. (Parents were happy in one of the other bedrooms and left the tall bed to the younger generation.) Cushions for the outdoor furniture were put away, and when found, did not fit the chairs very well. The house is well-appointed with lots of interesting art, comfy furnishings, towels, sheets, dishes, cookware, etc. Everything you need for a getaway at the Oregon Coast, including the neighborhood deer who will walk right past the patio during breakfast.
