About this space:
This fully renovated and family friendly apartment delivered in June 2023. We spared no expense in building and furnishing this home-away-from-home as we often host friends and family here. You'll find it well connected to Georgetown by walk, bike, or bus. It has every amenity you could seek: furnished patio space, gas grill, full kitchen with all accoutrements, washer/dryer, bathroom with heated tile floor, two independent HVAC units, gig-speed internet/WiFi, and TV with streaming services.

Guest access:
You'll have a dedicated entry to your private apartment in the rear of our townhome. The walkway is well-lit and the entry is secured via smartlock with a different code issued for each guest.

You'll have shared access to all exterior elements of our property including our yard, furnished patios, and gas grill. My family will occasionally be using these areas as well.

Other things to note:
Twin air mattress, pack n' play, and baby accessories available upon request.

Off-street "compact" parking spot available upon request.

Beautiful, great location, plus parking!
This gorgeous, freshly updated apartment worked perfectly for three of us- two parents visiting their young adult child in DC. It was stocked with everything we needed to do some cooking, the location was fabulous, and the place itself was quiet and comfortable. The owners were friendly and great with communication. Parking was a huge bonus! We managed it in a mid-sized SUV with no problems. We would love to stay again!

Hidden gem in Glover Park
I’ll open with what other reviewers have said, the parking space is a little tight. My Subaru Forester fit without any issues. I normally don’t back into spaces but was able to back in without issue. This shouldn’t be a reason at all not to consider this place. It is in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood full of families. Turn one way and you are a few blocks from the playground. Turn the other way and it’s a few blocks to Whitehaven Park. The neighborhood feels safe when out walking and is easily walkable. The apartment is well maintained and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, plates and a coffee machine. I cooked most meals and wanted for nothing to prepare them. There are many stores nearby to purchase groceries or ready made meals such as Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. The wifi works great. I was able to get a lot of work done without issue. The tv works well and is loaded with most streaming services. The location is perfect for access to Georgetown and DC. It’s also a short drive to Mount Vernon. Close to the zoo as well. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you are going to be in the DC area for any length of time, then this is the place for you.

Fantastic stay from start to finish! Apartment was clean, bright and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed - we made our own breakfasts. The heated floor in the bathroom was luxurious and the towels were thick and fluffy. Communication was excellent and I would highly recommend.

Premium Glover Park Experience!

This is a real find! The apartment is in the lower level of the owner's residence. It is stylish, upgraded, and with all the amenities you would expect in a boutique hotel. The location is convenient, and there is even a dedicated parking space. And what a treat for Nespresso coffee fans. We will be back!

Lovely DC Retreat
We could not have asked for a nicer place to spend our week in DC. This is a beautiful, clean and well appointed apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Dedicated parking is a huge bonus. Eric is an accommodating, responsive host and made us feel at home during our visit. This unit will be at the top of our list on our next trip to DC.
