About this space:
This fully renovated and family friendly apartment delivered in June 2023. We spared no expense in building and furnishing this home-away-from-home as we often host friends and family here. You'll find it well connected to Georgetown by walk, bike, or bus. It has every amenity you could seek: furnished patio space, gas grill, full kitchen with all accoutrements, washer/dryer, bathroom with heated tile floor, two independent HVAC units, gig-speed internet/WiFi, and TV with streaming services.
Guest access:
You'll have a dedicated entry to your private apartment in the rear of our townhome. The walkway is well-lit and the entry is secured via smartlock with a different code issued for each guest.
You'll have shared access to all exterior elements of our property including our yard, furnished patios, and gas grill. My family will occasionally be using these areas as well.
Other things to note:
Twin air mattress, pack n' play, and baby accessories available upon request.
Off-street "compact" parking spot available upon request.
