Kaunis koti hiljaisella kadulla lähellä Montrose-puistoa ja Dumbarton Oaksia. Useat korttelin päässä Georgetownin keskustasta, mutta se tuntuu naapurustosta! Koti on puhdas ja mukava ja kätevä. Helppo katu pysäköinti. Keski-ilma ja lämpö. Kylpyhuoneessa on clawfoot-kylpyamme, jossa on suuri liotus tai suihku, jos haluat. Suuri valo koko talossa, mukaan lukien aurinkoterassi päätasolla. Cozy Georgetown Retreat

Lovely home in a great neighborhood. Easy walking distance to restaurants, attractions. We walked everywhere but it would have been easy to get Uber/Lyft. Cherie was very easy to communicate with, promptly responded to questions.

Girls weekend

Cherie was a great host. loved the house! so much character! the living space is great with a beautiful sunroom, comfortable furniture in both the living rooms and the sunroom! kitchen is small but has everything you need! the bedrooms were perfect with super comfy beds and linens. The neighborhood is gorgeous and soo convenient to shopping, restaurants and the riverwalk along the Potomac! very walkable - never left our parking spot which is provided by Cherie's permit. we are planning our next stay in the October!!! Do not hesitate to book!

Great location, great space

Absolutely loved our stay. Two friends and I were in town for the Marine Corps Marathon. The space was fantastic. So comfortable, we each had our own bedroom, and there was a full bathroom upstairs by the bedrooms and a 1/2 bath on the main floor. There was plenty of space, a nice backyard and even a windowed sitting room before you get outdoors. Neighborhood was conveniently located and yet very quiet. Loved it, and would stay here again.

A wonderful week in Georgetown and DC. Cherie’s home and attention to detail made our week absolutely perfect The location made it easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and parks. Located on a quiet street and surrounded by beautiful architecture and landscape this home is top rate inside and out Great attention to detail and Comfort for the guests is obvious and there are many indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the views. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely return.

Beautiful home away from home

This charming house is everything. Close to buses and trains and totally walkable to a deli, grocers, liquor store and all that the main hub had to offer. We loved our stay and in record heat we could keep the house cool. The area is beautiful and quiet and we walked the streets home in the evenings feeling totally safe. Shower has good pressure, tub style with a great curtain arrangement, kitchen had everything we needed, beds towels and linen were all pristine and comfy. It was too hot for us to use but the outdoor space and conservatory is a real plus.

As advertised

This property is just as advertised. We were concerned about only one bathroom, but because it is a hall bath, and not in the master bedroom it worked out well for us. We took away one star because we were forced to buy completely overpriced insurance. But we would stay here again!

Charming home in beautiful Georgetown neighborhood

What a warm, charming home right in the heart of Georgetown! The house was very clean and spacious and there were lots of areas to sit and relax. The solarium was a nice addition to the house and found we sat in there often. We loved it! Cherie is very accommodating and we could easily check in with her when need be. She is very friendly and wants you to have the best stay. We walked to everything we went to and there are great shops, coffee places and restaurants within a ten minute walk. A beautiful park is just up the block and a neighborhood shop is only a couple of blocks away where you can buy wine and snacks miscellaneous items. This house is truly a charming place to stay, and would highly recommend it. We will be coming!

Wonderful few days in Georgetown

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in Georgetown. The house was perfect for us. Very comfortable and a great location. We loved walking to the main shops and restaurants as well as to Dumbarton Gardens. Very quiet at night and such a beautiful neighborhood. A few comments: A binder with instructions for how to use all the appliances/ tv and fireplace would be useful. Construction on the house in the back starts early on weekdays. Hopefully they will be done soon!

Great place to stay!

The owner was helpful, the property in great condition and there were a lot of extras, like books on DC, a map, fans in all of the bedrooms and everything was clean and orderly. It’s also a very close walk to the “strip” in Georgetown on Wisconsin, but also very quiet. Would stay here again!

Comfortable home-away-from-home

All the comforts and conveniences of home in a charming neighborhood, with shops, restaurants, and parks nearby. Lovely furniture, rugs, and art make the home really special and inviting - not your typical sterile rental. We really felt like we were in our own home.

Lovely, charmingly decorated home!

This conveniently located townhome is large, charmingly decorated, and comfortably furnished. The sunroom/dining area, which looks out onto the garden, is a great place to relax. The bedrooms are spacious. The stairs to the bedrooms might be challenging for people with disabilities, and like most older homes (including our own) there are few quirks, but they generally add to the charm of the property. Cherie was very responsive and helpful.
