Nice place and friendly staff

Marcela at the front desk was AWESOME! So helpful and nice! She's the best!!! Our room was mostly comfortable. Would appreciate a better job of vacuuming both the bathroom and bedroom ... crumbs in both areas. Would also appreciate more towels (bath & hand) and washcloths. 3 of each for 2 people staying 2 nights isn't quite enough. Thank you!

The main areas of the hotel were lovely. The bathroom was lit up to my standards, the toilet and shower were clean, but drawers, etc. were not. There is a huge construction project going on and we’re we’re awoke to jackhammers early in the morning. No mention of this when booking- check before going!

Everything was better than expected. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was on time😊. It worked out great for me. Close to the Smithsonian. The Metro was only a couple of blocks away. It was a great start to my vacation

I got up early to take a shower in the morning before I flew back home. And when I was taking a shower someone's hair, dirt, feces and debris starting flowing up from my bathtub drain. I had to contact room services and I never ended up getting a shower or my morning breakfast due to the situation. I expect someone to contact me regarding being this incident as it was unacceptable to have occured for me.
