Very nice hotel and neighborhood. Friendly staff. The only negative commentary I could give is about the valet service. They told us to notify them 25 minutes in advance, wich we did, but it took an hour before they brought us the car.

The thermostat settings and fan control, on a high floor were not easy to regulate. The check-in was accomplished efficiently by Ms. Tee, supported by the team at the check-in desk. It was not clear to me whether the breakfast was included or not, so I didnt even try to participate in that set of amenities, to avoid the expense and/or confrontation.

Fam stay

Eddie was super accommodating during our late checkin when I wasn’t thrilled with our room. He aided in getting us moved the next morning to a street view with larger windows! The rooms really should do without the desk and chair and ottoman. It just adds for more wasted space & crowdedness in the room that is already pretty small. We ended up moving the ottoman and chair out in the hall so we had ample to put out 3 suitcases. The hand towel rack location isn't ideal in the bathroom, dripping all over the items in counter. The toilet filled up so slow, over 4 mins! There really needs to be a counter extension to side ledge off the vanity for more counter space. The water pressure is so high it splashes everywhere. Beds were comfy and love the side table with lamps and outlets. But wasted space with desk and ottoman and weird space behind the pillar. Room was clean and loved the coffee and staff!
