Tämä kaupunkien tyylikäs koti on hiljattain remontoitu ja lähellä kaikkia turistikohteita, joihin vierailet DC: ssä.
• 8 minuuttia Barrack's Row -ravintolaan.
• 10 minuuttia National Mall ja monumentit.
• 11 minuuttia African American Museumiin.
Päivän jälkeen katsellen nähtävyyksiä, pidä hauskaa iltaa pelatessaan ilmakiekkoa tai yhtä monista peleistä yleisissä tiloissa.
Täydellinen suurille perheen tyhjiöille, tyttöjen lomalle ja liikematkailijoille. Siellä on myös ilmainen pysäköinti kadulla 3-4 autolle !!!!Tässä 3-tason päätyyksikön rivitalossa on 4 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta, yksi jokaisella tasolla. Se mahtuu mukavasti jopa 17 vierasta.

Ensimmäinen taso: Kun kävelet etuovesta, astut aurinkoiseen, lämpimään ja kutsuvaan tilaan avoimella pohjapiirroksella. Keittiö on suunniteltu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla, graniittisivustolla, kaikilla mukavuuksilla, mukaan lukien kahvipannu ja vedenkeitin. Löydät myös kattilat, pannut, leivontavälineet, mausteet ja kaikki tarvittavat astiat ja ruokailuvälineet. Ruokapöydässä mahtuu 8 vierasta. Eteinen olohuone on viihtyisä, hyvin valaistu paikka, jossa on poikkitason sohva, josta voit nauttia 50 tuuman älytelevisiosta joillekin Huluille ja chillille. Tai pidä hauskaa peliä illalla pelatessaan ilmakiekkoa tai monia lautapelejä. Täysi kylpyhuone pyöristää viihdealueen. Aivan keittiön oven ulkopuolella, takakuistilla on iso grilli.

Kellarikerros: Kun kävelet portaita pitkin, joudut viehättävään toimistotilaan, joka on varustettu pöydällä ja tuolilla. Kulman takana on lukemanurkka penkillä, ennen kuin saavut nukkumis- ja viihdealueelle. Siellä on 3 kerrossänkyä, joissa yksi sänky ja pohjassa täysikokoinen futon. Nämä futonit voivat pysyä pystyssä katsomassa 50 tuuman älytelevisiota tai nojata ylimääräistä nukkumista varten. Tämä alue sopii erinomaisesti matkustamiseen suuren ryhmän lasten kanssa. Tässä kerroksessa on myös täysin varustettu kylpyhuone lasten kylpyleluilla.

Ylätaso: Yläportaasta toisesta kerroksesta löydät kolme makuuhuonetta. Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on kerrossänky, jossa 2 erillistä vuodetta. Jos olet koskaan käynyt DC: ssä, tiedät kuinka pysäköinti on palkkio. Ei hätää vyöhykepysäköinnistä, aikarajoituksista ja pysäköintilipuista. Katujen ulkopuolella on ilmainen pysäköinti 2-3 autolle koosta riippuen.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Washington Navy Yard. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Family Holiday
The property was perfect for our large family to celebrate Thanksgiving and tour the D.C. area. The open kitchen and living room had plenty of spcae for socializing and cooking. The kids room downstairs allowed them to do what they do. The Bus station(s) were easy to get to. Perfect property for my family's holiday.

Great place, Not the best neighborhood
We had a great stay. The place was clean and perfect and Shanti was very responsive. The only complaint I have is the location. Wasn't the safest neighborhood and sometimes our ubers would cancel because of it.

Exceeded our expectations
I stayed at this home for a week with my two adult children, three teens and three younger boys. The house was larger than depicted in the photos. The layout was great, offering plenty of space to gather as a family, while also providing plenty of room for people to break off in smaller groups or private areas. The location was also perfect- right outside downtown. We felt safe, it was clean, and we would definitely return to this home.

Good house -- bad location
Updated house, comfortable and clean, except for the dirty and stained carpet on the uneven stairs. The issue was location. The ad didn't show any exterior photos, or we certainly would've given this listing a pass. We didn't feel safe in the run-down neighborhood with trash everywhere. We were harassed getting off the bus at night, and walked together in a pack as quickly as we could to the house. We heard gunshots at night -- the owner claimed they were firecrackers. I know the difference between firecrackers and handguns. If you want to see DC, stay closer to the city center. Southeast DC isn't a safe area.

The property is located in a mature neighborhood that includes adequate off the street parking; nearby neighbors were quiet but friendly. It easily accomidated 11 adults and provided easy access (5 miles) from all the main attractions.

Great for large families
Location was good, 3 min walk to bus stop, short bus ride to Potomac Metro station. Off street parking is a huge plus, but was tight for 2 mid-size SUV. Plenty of hot water for 8 people to take back to back showers. Host was excellent!! Only complaints is we had 8 people and 7 forks and found the 8th fork in the bottom of the dish washer on the 2nd to last day. Several dishes were dirty when we got there, we ran them through the dish washer. We traveled 2 families of 4. We eat breakfast and dinner at the house daily and packed lunches for DC daily. Downer is kitchen items. Would love to see a toaster there and more dishes, pots, pans, silverware etc. We managed but would have been nice to toast our bagels. I would stay there again. Location was pretty good, neighborhood was not bad, lots of litter but we felt safe and off street parking was a huge plus. Overall our family would give this house an 8/10.

Girls weekend out
We enjoyed your stay. Had a great time with my friends. I wish we could’ve had wi fi on the third floor but it was all good. We talked a lot. Shani the bed on the third floor squeaks so we stayed in the basement. Just wanted to let you know.Everything else was great. Loved the location close to the museum. Thanks for everything.

Great for large groups!
Shani was a wonderful hostess. The house was very large and we felt we had plenty of space to spread out. It is very close to all the things DC has to offer! My only word of caution would be that if you plan to do a lot of cooking for a large group you might find it a little difficult here. The kitchen equipment and space are just a little sparse. Fine for light cooking for a small group though!

We loved our time at this place. It was spacious, sleeps 10 to 12 individuals easily, is clean and with 3 bathrooms, getting ready for the day is a breeze. The host is very responsive and helpful. The whole stay was comfortable and fun

Disappointed
This property was not nice as depicted in photos. The place had a stench, the carpet was very dirty and the neighborhood was a dump. We did not stay there and no one did right by refunding our money. The parking was inadequate as well. I would not recommend this property, nor VRBO to anyone else ever. I am still working to get my money back. Regretful and disappointed.

Great Location and Accommodation for Kids
We enjoyed our stay here and found it great for a group with a lot of kids. Good location with all of our tour destinations very close by, and our own parking space included. Lots of kids beds (bunkbeds), games and air hockey table, and plenty of TVs, with not a lot of breakable knicknacks. The host was helpful and responded quickly. She did let us know in advance that the basement can get moist and we would need to empty the dehumidifier, and there were fans in the upstairs rooms to help with the summer heat.

Close to everything
This property was rented for my me, my two sisters and our families. There was plenty of room for us and we were able to sightsee in the day and play games at night without being too crowded. The location was amazing and central to everything that we wanted to see. Communication with Shani was top notch and she was super quick to get back with us to answer any questions and give us tips on things to see locally and transportation/parking. Would definitely stay here again, we had an amazing time.

Family Birthday Celebration
We went to Maryland/DC area to celebrate my brother's 70th birthday. What made the experience so great was Shani's home. It was perfect because it was spacious enough for all the family, sisters, brothers, and nieces and nephews to enjoy each other. Close to the birthday venue, stores, and attractions. The experience was awesome!! The owner Shani was really only a phone call away. It's now on my home away from home list.

Great bonding among the grandkids, my three girls together again! Me and Grandpa came into town it's been a memorable Christmas with at three daughters grandkids and great-grandkids and even though there were a few hiccups and challenges... are 3-day mini Christmas vacation was priceless!

I would rate it 3.5 stars, not a bad place.
We had 15 people with 3 couples, 2 singles, and 7 children. Upstairs had 3 bedroom, not enough bedrooms so we squeezed in. The room where 2 couples stayed had no AC, they had to sleep on the couch downstairs. The children were happy in the basement until they encountered some bugs (that's hard to extinguish totally for I am a home-owner too). We did not get 15 bath towels in the towel closet, so the couples had to share towels. The neighborhood is quite modest but quiet with very friendly people, it is close to all the site-seeing spots (10-15 min drive). The owner was overall very reachable and gave excellent check-in and check-out instructions. If we have another group like that, we would stay again but will bring sleeping bags and be more prepared.

We stayed here with a large group for a family reunion and it was perfect in every way! We were just a short drive to the National Mall. The house was so clean and nice. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Would totally stay here again!
