I had high expectations for the hotel based on other reviews. All in all, it was a good stay but it wasn't the best stay. This is due primarily to holes in communication. I wasn't informed at check in of their environmental policy of exchanging towels and servicing our room every 3 days. Nor we're we informed of valet hours so when we checked out at 5:20am, we were told we have to find the keys and locate our vehicle on our own. Sounding strange, I asked if this was being done because valet was unavailable, she confirmed by telling me the hours. The hotel is clean and smells wonderful. The staff were very nice and accommodating but effective communication was not there. I think when we return in the summer we will look at staying at another hotel.

The service at the front desk and restaurant was very friendly and attentive. Geo treated us as special guests and had many helpful suggestions for our stay. Souraine provided good restaurant service and is an interesting conversationalist. Our only complaint is that the room remained cold because the heating unit could ver reach our setting of 72 and the hvac unit was very noisy.
