Great location in Georgetown, great space within the apartment. My friends and I loved it! Super easy to travel further into DC (12-14 minutes) and tons to do around the property in Georgetown. The unit was great - the only downside is it definitely didn't look like the photos on the listing - that must be a different unit altogether. But it was great! Would stay again.

Me and my partner stayed here for a week during the New Year’s Eve. Overall it was great! We weren’t expecting the area we were living in to be so nice, lots of stores and restaurants, with great selection of everything. We barely communicated with the staff since everything was through the App which made us so easy and straightforward for us. No issues with check in or checking out. However those encounters that we had with the staff were great, very friendly and very informative. The place has everything you probably need, special shout out to the 3rd floor with all the essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods and laundry pods, as well as all the towels (however for those you need to get lucky since there is a big demand for towels). Since this is an apartment hotel, we weren’t expecting any cleaning during our stay, but there is an option to get your room cleaned for a fee. The only thing I could say is the parking situation which again, the property states itself that they don’t have. It was a little tricky with the parking; there is a parking lot a minute away from the Hotel, however they don’t have clear set rules on the payment and one day I was paying $23 for a day, the next day I was paying $23. In general the parking was confusing however if you can figure it out, or better, are traveling without a car this place will be an amazing place to stay! P.s. there is a bus stop close to the Hotel, and you’re around 15 minutes away from DC downtown

I left my hesdphone on a chair in the livingroom. I called the property a couple of hours after my checkout and the headphones disappeared. This is very disappointing and they should check their cleaning staff for honesty as inexpected they will get them and report it to management and not stole them.

I didn’t like I was on the first floor, you could see cars coming and going because of the reflection through my window. It was 27 degrees outside and my room never got warm because of being on the 1st floor and no extra blanket in the room and no one there to help out at all The room was clean, the bed comfortable. This is my third time staying there. There are no keys for the room you have to use your phone. There’s no parking the parking garage adjacent to the hotel is closed on the weekend.

It was a really cute apartment, the staff was very nice and accommodating. The furniture looked nice but sadly wasn’t super comfortable. My back ended up hurting from the bed being too soft. Couch would’ve been better if it had some throw pillows to use. The kitchen included pots but no pan/skillet which made cooking a hassle. The pots had a little bit of crust in them and needed to be washed before using, and the paper towel roll was dirty. These things are all pretty minor, otherwise I really enjoyed my stay. The property was adorable and felt very safe. Provided plenty of towels, a very nice white noise machine and ear plugs, and a smart TV. Vending machines in the lobby also well stocked and useful.

There is constant wind blowing in the room as the windows have no insulation so the room is always cold, then you turn on the heater it is so noisy you can not sleep. Especially when it starts in the middle of the night one feels like something is going to blow up! The bathroom is equally a catastrophe the shower head is clogged with limestone there is 0 water pressure so it is a challenge to take a shower. It was a simply a bitter experience and a great mistake on my side to book a stay there.
