Close to Downtown Boston, restaurants, Bus stop within easy walking distance, 15 min to Boston Airport!

Things to Note

Your host provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, body wash, shampoo , conditioner, etc.. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited supplies but there are multiple grocery stores nearby.

We do not subscribe to any cable TV service, but have smart tv that you can access your subscriptions.

No smoking of any kind inside. $300 fee charged for smoking inside.

A Lovely, Quiet Apartment

This is a very plessant home on the outskirts of Watertown. It's a five minute drive to the Mass Pike but also a short walk into Watertown Square, which has great restaurants. The house is well appointed, including a kitchen that we used to cook a lot, and a very comfortable back yard where we soaked up the early Spring sunshine.

Great Location!

This was a great location for our trip to Boston. Super easy to get in and out of town from and there was room for each of our kids to stay comfortably. I would suggest a few more items for the kitchen as it was not as stocked as I would have expected. Otherwise, it was wonderful.

Wonderful place

Very nice, well maintained apartment in a convenient location. Our friends were quite happy while staying there several weeks helping a family member in the area. Owner very responsive when any issues arose. Neighbors are respectful and friendly.

Roomy comfortable place, close to restaurants

Our family of four enjoyed a very comfortable stay while visiting relatives near Watertown. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well. Our host responded to any questions very promptly. The place is a few minutes’ walking distance to restaurants and a drug store, and a nice walk along the River. It’s near a busy street and was noisy in the weekday morning but earplugs can cover that. Recommended!

Convenient location, clean apartment, pleasant & professional owner

Owner very pleasant & professional for check-in etc. Vey clean apartment inside. Very conveniently located within ~1 mile of I-90 approach, easy access to Cambridge, Boston & surrounding towns but with easier street layout and less hectic traffic in Watertown than some of the other neighborhoods. Can hear a little bit of family in adjacent condo but not too loud. Small bit adequate bathroom. Off-street parking is sufficient. Backyard w patio table neatly maintained. Full kitchen, full-sized washer/dryer, mattresses firm.

They thought of everything

Spotless, very comfy, newly renovated, and they thought of every detail. (There is even weatherstripping on the doors for those Boston winters!) Immediate communication. First-rate in all respects. Very good location. Tip top.

Clean safe comfy beds

Stayed for 4 days in June with our family of 6. Clean, comfortable, great location, comfy beds. The host was helpful and prompt in reply. The only downside was the 3rd floor a/c wasn't working well so it was like a sauna up there, but we did come in record breaking heat for Boston. I don't imagine it's usually an issue. Also, the steep stairs might be tricky with toddlers, but our kids were older so it was fine. We even enjoyed the backyard playing cards on the back porch by the grass. Very happy overall with our stay!

The listing was just as stated on the website. The host was helpful and kind and made check-in seamless. It was very clean! Very comfortable and cute place to stay. NU Graduation Weekend

The unit is very nice inside. The only bathroom is on the 1st floor and the steps are steep. We were traveling with my 79 year old father and every time he got up in the night to use the bathroom I was nervous. Besides that, the house had everything we needed and was clean and bright. The curb appeal is lacking but it's a safe neighborhood. There is a great diner within walking distance. We ate there everyday! It was 15 minutes from Northeastern. We really enjoyed our long weekend in Watertown.

Perfect for us!

This stay was perfect for our family of 5. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we could want to feel at home. The location was so convenient -- minutes away from the campuses that we visited, minutes from the grocery store, IHOP, and whatever we needed. And the host communicated promptly and politely. Owner very pleasant and prompt to reply. Condo appears recently well-renovated. Clean and well-stocked kitchen. Bedrooms spacious. Some morning activity at area businesses but not excessively noisy. Watertown location convenient to Cambridge, Newton, Boston, Waltham. Recommend Charles River Reservation greenway - access just one block away - esp in direction of Newton/Waltham.

Comfortable and Close

Has all the amenities and comfort of home. Close to the Charlie bus line that took us to Harvard Station and subway trains for access to Historic Boston. Quiet and safe neighborhood! We would come back again.

Rudge family stay

We absolutely loved this house. Pristine condition, comfortable beds, outside dining area and revamped to exceptional standard. Close to Boston within 25 min drive.
