Relax and enjoy spectacular ocean views and sunsets from this newly remodeled 1 bedroom and 1 bath ocean front condo on the most desirable 3rd (top) floor, with high ceilings and abundant natural light, on the Monterey Bay; located between Santa Cruz and Monterey, California Central Coast. The beach is famous for beautiful and picture perfect sunsets. View dolphins, whales, sea otters, sea lions and ships/boats passing by from the living room or deck or beach. Steps away to get down to the sand/beach. On warm days, open the windows and patio doors for fresh cool ocean air and ocean sounds and have a wonderful sleep in the night. No one above this condo, no noise from above unlike 2nd and 1st floors condos. Enjoy morning sun with coffee and a glass of wine in the evening while watching sunset. Fully furnished, including linens. Departure cleaning only. Remodeled and newly listed in July 2022 with all brand new leather furniture, Cal King bed, flooring, carpet, brand new appliances, and plenty of can lighting and ceiling fans. Washer/dryer included. The condo rental is limited to 2 adult guests. Located in a security gated community with plenty of parking. Golf at world renowned courses 40 minutes to the South, shop at nearby Santa Cruz, Monterey, Carmel, or drive about an hour north to San Francisco for the day.

Our Honeymoon Stay
Very clean and nice property. Perfect for our honeymoon as the location was quiet and peaceful. You can hear and see the ocean from the property. Pans, cutlery, coffee maker, and toaster allowed us to make a wonderful breakfast each morning. Wonderful stay and would definitely come again!

Lovely place with a great view
We wanted to stay at Pajaro dunes before both whale watching and going into the Elkhorn Slough (both trips out of Moss Landing.) Pajaro dunes is a great location for these activities. We’ve stayed at Pajaro dunes before and very much enjoyed it. This unit Was a pleasure to stay in. Everything is new. I love the sofa and we took advantage of watching a David Attenborough documentary about the sea while we were there. We also had a couple long walks on the beach. You can walk a very long distance with just you, the waves, and the sea birds. There are a few people from time to time. I highly recommend staying at this great place.

We had a lovely stay in this gorgeous, beautifully-located condo overlooking the Pacific Ocean! Communication with the owner was fantastic when we had an issue with one of the tv’s (a previous guest’s issue). Definitely will stay here again soon!

Amazing Stay!
Loved our stay at this property. Enjoyed sipping my morning coffee and watching the dolphins play in the ocean and gazing at the beautiful sunset over a glass of wine. We were feet from the ocean and took a beautiful 3 mile walk on beaches that aren’t crowded and it was lovely. The host was super awesome when it came to communication and was incredibly accommodating. The bed was so comfortable, and we felt right at home. The place was very clean and check in and check out, instructions we’re clear. Would love to come back for another visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Six night stay in Sept 2024. Everything was wonderful. The bed was so comfy that we checked the make/model and may replace our current one! Condo had many instructions placed around so that there were no questions to be had. The location was directly on the ocean. We couldn’t have asked for anything more for our first trip to CA. We absolutely loved our stay at the condo! The views were incredible and with the screen doors open you can hear the amazing sounds of the ocean waves crashing, it was so peaceful! We can't say enough about how much we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Great location, easy drive to so many great places! We highly recommend!

Didn’t want to leave
We stayed for nearly a week in June, 2024. The outside of the buildings is weather worn, but we can see it is being worked on. The area where all the condo doors are reminds us of a tree house. Beautiful trees and plants and birdsong. There was ample parking right below our condo. Wheel barrows available for our luggage and supplies. Easy ramp for walking and then one flight of stairs. Easy access door to beach with stairs. After the stairs to beach, access is sand and narrow with a drop down to beach(just a little tough for old people). The beach is beautiful and not crowded. No fire pits here, but walk to public beach on either end and there are fire pits. We were able to see seals and otters . Plentiful sea shells. When we walked into the condo, immediately appreciated the beautiful view of the beach from the picture window in the front room, bedroom and deck. Everything was clean and tidy, no clutter. The other condos and balconys are visible. Our balcony was used daily during our stay, needs some spider web removal. During our stay in June, the sunset was not visible from the condo. We went down to the beach for that. The kitchen and bathroom had what we needed. Because there are no restaurants at this resort, we brought groceries for the week. We brought a bag to carry supplies to the beach. The screen door from the living room came off in my hands but the bedroom screen worked just fine. This is a very peaceful place, we plan to return. We didn’t want to leave.
