This large, contemporary home located on Bound Brook Island offers privacy, beautiful water views and great sunsets over Cape Cod Bay from the deck. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, the property accommodates 10 comfortably. The first floor offers two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with two twin sized beds, while the second floor offers three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a king, and the third with two twins. Amenities include a screened porch, satellite TV, washer/dryer and plenty of room to stretch out with the 2440 sq. ft of living space. Walk out of the house and down the stairs to a nice sandy beach and rinse off in the unenclosed outdoor shower afterwards. Internet not provided . Bring your family dog for an added $250 per dog per week fee. **PLEASE NOTE: Only 4 cars allowed. One to be parked in the garage the other three parked in front of it. Do not block access to house on right. ***NOTE: Road to house is a long, dirt road for a couple miles. One lane traffic. SUV or higher clearance car recommended. Please be aware that road access to the home may be temporarily limited due to storm surge or weather conditions. We recommend checking local updates and planning accordingly.*** 3 night minimums available in off season with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. BOOK NOW!! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Stunning view and private
Such a beautiful location. We wanted a relaxed get away and definitely got it. We are talking about next year already. Also very comfortable, bed and furniture are actually very comfortable which you don't always get on a rental. Be ready for a little off roading, nice long private dirt road. Thanks for sharing your home.

Spectacular setting
This home was in a gorgeous spot - private with incredible views of Sunset Bay. The only issue was the long, bumpy drive on the dirt road to reach the property. We kept hoping that we would not encounter another car, which involved someone backing up into one of the pullover spots. It just meant less trips in and out, which was a little bit of an inconvenience. Still, we all agreed this was a small price to pay for the amazing setting. We have come to the Cape many times, but this year the mosquitoes seemed to be worse than usual. They were plentiful. You need to be prepared with plenty of repellent, and be sure to keep doors closed! The beach in this spot is very rocky - tricky getting in and out to swim. Not too much of an issue with our group, but may bother some. All in all, a great week in a beautiful home.

Perfect Views!
We had a fantastic stay here. The views were amazing, from every room in the house! The steps going down to the beach were a little tricky as they were uneven cinder blocks. There were cobwebs in the screened in porch area. Other than those two minor issues, I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.
