Step into the bedroom, where a comfortable king bed awaits you, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is a true oasis, boasting a jacuzzi tub and a separate refreshing shower. Queen size fold out sofa in the living room, for additional sleeping options.

The kitchen is nicely designed with new cabinets, appliances and elegant granite countertops. Prepare your favorite meals with ease and style, making this space as practical as it is beautiful.

The den is a cozy space, featuring a charming fireplace that sets the perfect ambiance for relaxation. Sink into the plush sofa and let the warmth of the fireplace embrace you as you unwind after a day of adventure.

For your convenience, a laundry room is provided, equipped with modern facilities to keep your clothes fresh and ready for your next escapade.

The highlight of this unit is its expansive fenced-in back yard, providing a private and serene outdoor space.

But that's not all!!

We've added a delightful fire pit area, perfect for making s'mores and enjoying the company of loved ones under the stars. Roast marshmallows, share stories, and create cherished memories around the crackling fire.

And there's more to explore! As a guest of Unit B, you have the privilege of accessing the courtyard, where you'll find a propane grill, inviting tables, and a bubbling hot tub. Take advantage of these shared amenities to socialize with other guests or simply luxuriate in the soothing waters of the hot tub.

There are two units in the house a front unit A and back unit B.
This booking allows you access to Unit B

Please pickup dog waste ( if you are bringing a pup with you, of course! )
Keep the pup within the fenced in yards or on a leash if you venture out for a walk.

Toiletries/ Essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking.
You must be 25 or older to book this property.

There is a small business office at the house over the garage. The business is for events (like road races), so it is pretty quiet. Sometimes they come to pick up supplies or are organizing packets to get ready for a race. They are respectful of tenants. If there are any issues please let us know.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or VAPING INDOORS -$250 FEE

IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking and purchase a damage waiver for a small fee ($35 per booking) The damage waiver is in place to protect you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
