Plenty of onsite parking including a covered carport entrance. Inside there are two private bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed with brand new luxurious mattress. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with TV. An office including twin daybed is located in the front of the house with a desk great productivity. Inside the living room you’ll enjoy the large couch along with a La-Z-Boy recliner and 55” smart TV including several streaming service along with high speed WiFi. Wonderful Quaint House
We very much enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house. It was extremely clean and upgraded. It was quaint yet spacious and welcoming. We felt comfortable, safe and right at home. Check in was easy. The neighborhood was quiet. The host was responsive and accommodating by offering an earlier check in.. Would definitely love to stay there again.

Perfect spot for USC football weekend
The property is in a great little neighborhood. Extremely close to Columbia airport - which was perfect since our one daughter flew in for the weekend. Convenient to coffee/shopping and quick drive to Williams-Brice stadium. The house was very clean/well maintained. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable, especially the beds. The property was well above average. The kitchen items were a bit sparse, but we didn't need to do any cooking, and didn't eat meals at the house so it wasn't a problem for us. Coffee maker was a learning curve, but we figured it out. The middle room with the daybed has no doors, so if your guests plan to use it for sleeping, just keep that in mind. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again.
