For reservations under $2,000, an additional security deposit will be necessary.
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
