Enjoyed the house. Everything was so clean. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the backyard. Enjoyed morning coffee watching the ducks and other birds in and around the lake. The hot tub and pool were very nice. The home had everything we needed for a nice relaxing week

The house was very clean and well stocked with necessities. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed by all. Both young and old had fun. The only aspect not enjoyed was the Roku TV. Other than that, we highly recommend the house.

Clean Property with lots of space
The owner was very responsive both before and after check-in, which I appreciated. However, I was frustrated that it took 40 minutes past the check-in time to receive the entry code, causing a bit of inconvenience.On a positive note, there was plenty of room for everyone in our party, with five spacious bedrooms. The pool was lovely, and we enjoyed the hot tub, though the large step to get in could be a bit tricky.Unfortunately, there were a few appliances that needed attention. The oven was outdated and didn't heat properly, making cooking a challenge. Additionally, the cooktop and oven temperatures were inconsistent, which made meal prep difficult. The dishwasher was also in poor condition; we ended up having to wash dishes by hand, as many of them were dirty when we arrived.On the plus side, my bed was incredibly comfortable, and we were happy to have two washers and dryers, which made laundry very convenient. We also really appreciated the thoughtful holiday decorations and gift baskets left by the hosts.

Great Family Vacation
Easily located near the airport and zoo and only a short drive to downtown and the beaches. It was a great location for a family vacation with the theater set up and pool for the kids and enough space and amenities inside and outside for the whole family to feel relaxed. The pool being the real MVP!

Men's golf group
House was ideal for a group of guys looking for a winter golf get away with comfortable accommodations. Only minor suggestion is providing more detail on what is needed to watch network TV on main television. Our streaming services wouldn't work out of state, so we needed to connect a laptop to the TV with an HDMI cable which worked ok. BTW, we could connect wirelessly to the home theater with an Iphone but the main TV would not accept Apple devices. Everything else was excellent, especially the massage chair.

Had a relaxing 10 day stay. Everything we needed was accessible. Spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable and very private. Hot tub, pool, massage chair, spacious rooms and mini theatre area were as shown in pics. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen appliances in great working condition. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Amazing week!
Seamless process from start to finish. The property was as stated. The home was very clean, extremely functional and was very comfortable for our family- which included a 9 month old. There was a pack and play, as well as a high chair available that was perfect! The covered outdoor area and the pool/ hot tub were wonderful to relax by and enjoy into the evening. The kitchen was well equipped., the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, as well as the family room- more than ample seating for everyone.. The laundry room was a huge bonus with double washers and dryers! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing time away! Good proximity to both Del Ray Beach and Palm Beach. Truly wonderful week, thank you!

Home was clean and well equipped with all the kitchen accessories you will need. Pool, deck and hot tub were great! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, you can see traffic across the pond, but wasn’t an issue.. The location of the surrounding city lacked restaurants and shopping areas, but you are 15 minutes from Palm Beach where you can find everything.

Thanksgiving family beach vacation
We brought our family including both sets of grandparents to West Palm Springs for a beach Thanksgiving. We had a great time especially with the house and amenities. We spent plenty of time at the beach but just as much time in the spa, swimming pool and in the theater room watching movies or football. The house is as advertised, we had 10 adults including 3 married couples and 4 young adults and the five bedrooms accommodated us perfectly. Pool setup is one of the best we’ve encountered with VRBO with the tanning ledge, spa and full pool. Definitely would stay here again!

The hosts were very accommodating and communicated well. They were aware of potential weather conditions that might have affected the stay and took measures to insure the property was ready for arrival. We would definitely rent this property again on our next trip to the area.

Visiting Family
The property was perfect for my extended family - ranging from the youngest at 11 to my parents in their 70s. I chose the house because it could accommodate my mother, who is in a wheelchair. The layout and uncluttered furnishings were great because it was easy for her to navigate. I didn't realize there was a step down to the dining area, but that did not end up posing a problem as there were so many of us to help her navigate that one floor level change. As one other reviewer noted, there were a lot of posted rules which made us wonder if the home owner's assoc. was strict about noise and on street parking. We were down to visit my family for a Thanksgiving reunion and would have liked to feel freer to have them over, especially to enjoy the lovely and private outdoor patio and pool (and especially since we are not a rowdy bunch with almost all adults as opposed to a lot of children or a group of college students on spring break). My husband and I enjoyed visiting with our own children, who are in their 20s, in the hot tub in the evening. Overall, we had a wonderful break from cold New England weather and visit with my immediate family (sister, niece, grown children and parents who stayed with us) and extended family who live locally or also came to visit in the area. The location is excellent - close to Palm Beach, the ocean, the airport, and outdoor activities as well as basics like groceries and pharmacies.

Our stay for the week was relaxing and fun. The owners have so many rules, things attached on cords. Just not used to this and I've stayed at 11 different VRBO properties. Just made me uncomfortable. Cameras on outside area, pool etc. Just was kind of creepy. Overall a fun week, just felt like big brother was watching all the time.

Lovely home and wonderful hosts! You really never need to leave the property with the pool and theater room and massage chair some people in our group never wanted to leave. :) Short drive to beach and close to many other attractions. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions. We’d definitely stay here again!!
