When we arrived tired from our Christmas visit with relatives there was a lady waiting for check in and nobody was at the counter. The man arrived 15 minutes later with no apology or explanation of why he wasn’t around. Then he took forever to check the lady in. Half an hour later we were checked in. Then come to find we had a room with a clogged bathroom sink!!! As far as I’m concerned we deserve a credit. Not a very good first impression at all!!

Older property but comfortable. Bed was great. Well appointed rooms with very nice complimentary toiletries. Downside: breakfast is not free and there was a significant smell of pot throughout the whole property. It was so bad at one point smoke from the hallway was entering our room. Something needs to be done. The smell is extremely pervasive.

Make sure you check in before 1 am. Our flight was delayed and we ended up reaching the hotel around 1:30 am and were told that our hotel stay for 2 days was cancelled due to no show. Still can’t understand how we pay for 2 days and it’s cancelled and given to someone else. How is it legal to double book and lose your money. Just not fair.

We could smell cigarette smoke and marijuana in the hallways. Bathroom was not the cleanest. Our heat wasn’t working and when we tried to call front desk our phone didn’t work. Poor dining selection

I stayed at the hotel for five business days, and overall, it was a good experience. One of the highlights was being able to return after a long day and truly relax – the atmosphere and comfort were excellent for unwinding. However, I did notice that during breakfast service, there seemed to be an expectation for tips from one of the staff members, which was a bit unexpected. While the service was pleasant, perhaps a more discreet approach would enhance the overall experience for guests. Thank you for the hospitality, and I would recommend the hotel for a comfortable stay.

First I was given the wrong room. Then I was charged $50 extra and I’d like to understand why. Truly some of the staff were fine but the overall hotel could use a refresh. The elevator makes a horrible sound.
