A quick 5 minute drive to the marina area with all the shops, restaurants and other amenities. Fully fenced backyard.

Master bedroom features a king size bed, large en suite, direct access to the back deck and work station (monitor and desk) for enjoying a working vacation. Second bedroom features a queen size bed and large closet.

Entertainment: 50" flat screen smart TV, enjoy Hulu on your host or log into your own apps, Blu-ray player with an assortment of movies, board games & books.
