The Space:
You step into a quiet alpine setting where tall evergreens muffle the outside world and fresh winter air drifts in from the balcony. Snow settles softly beyond the windows while the warmth of the gas fireplace draws you in after a day on the mountain. Mornings begin slowly here - coffee in hand, forest views all around, and the slopes just steps away.
The space
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo sits slopeside on Blackcomb Mountain with ski-in-ski-out access to Merlin’s ski run. Large windows fill the open living area with natural light and frame peaceful forest views, creating a sense of calm while keeping you close to the Upper Village. The lounge offers comfortable seating, a TV, and a gas fireplace - an inviting place to unwind as winter weather moves through the trees outside. A mudroom entry gives you space to store skis, boots, and winter gear neatly out of the way.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is set up for easy meals between ski days, with ample counter space and modern appliances. A dining table seats four, with additional seating at the breakfast bar for casual mornings or relaxed evenings in. Whether you’re preparing a hearty breakfast before first tracks or a quiet dinner after the lifts close, everything is close at hand.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a queen bed, a large window, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub-shower combo. The second bedroom offers a king-split bed and a Smart TV, along with access to a second bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. The layout comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it well suited for couples, friends, or a small family.
Outdoor living and shared amenities
Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy crisp winter air and wooded surroundings. Within Woodrun Lodge, guests have access to a shared hot tub and a heated outdoor pool, ideal for soothing tired muscles after a day on the slopes. A shared gym is also available, along with secure underground parking and shared ski and bike storage. The building includes an elevator, and the condo itself is single level with no stairs inside.
Neighborhood
Located in Whistler’s Upper Village, the condo offers a peaceful mountain setting with convenient access to village amenities. Whistler Village is a short 10-minute walk or a quick 5-minute free shuttle ride away, placing dining, shopping, and après-ski options within easy reach. In winter, the focus is on ski access and cozy evenings indoors, while the location remains a comfortable base year-round.
Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.
The Neighborhood:
The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in-ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.
Getting Around:

• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop
Other Things to Note:
• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
