We had a lovely sister trip to Wichita for the weekend. When we checked in late, the woman at the desk couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. Breakfast was good, well stocked and we saw the same friendly staff person working the breakfast shift the next day.

Our first floor room had clear signs of water damage on the ceiling. We checked in late or would have requested a room change. Breakfast was terrible. They had one person trying to keep things stocked but she could not keep up and clearly wasn’t happy about it. Out of eggs, OJ, and waffle batter.

We have stayed here many times. It is usually quiet and the breakfast is good. This last stay we inadvertently locked our keys in the room shortly after checking in. Martiece was the best taking care of us. He went over and above to take care of us. Definitely will continue to stay there.

Pleasant surprise
The Hampton Inn & Suites was very clean and comfortable with a good selection of breakfast items in the a.m. We had a third floor room and I could hear some pounding upstairs (sounded like an exercise room) but it stopped. The only glitch was our TV not receiving a signal. After calling the main desk, the man in charge came to the room and took care of it in a timely fashion. We will stay here again.

Bathroom had been repaired in the shower are very poorly. Someone was pounding on the floor above us Started about 6:00 am on a Sunday morning The staff was very helpful and pleasant Enjoyed our stay but the early pounding and decor finishing in bathroom was unpleasant
