At Check in we discovered they overbooked and despite having a reservation for two queen beds and paying for that, they gave away our room. One bed was not ideal for us.

I paid for 2 queens but when we got here they said they overbooked and only had a king with rollout ! My husband had to be on an uncomfortable rollout all night and didn't sleep well at all . I don't understand why they overbook rooms when we booked this months ago and paid ! We should get what we paid for ! Not only did they say they overbooked but said since we got here after all the other people we lost the room! I didn't know it was a race !!! Awful!

I really enjoyed my stay! Breakfast had so many varieties and was hot and fresh. The staff was amazing and made check in quick and smooth. Our room was clean and comfortable. Cannot wait to stay again.

The facilities are excellent and a deal for the price we paid for the night however the front desk attendant was passive aggressive and dismissing. She was too interested in personal conversations on the phone and flirting with some guy that was standing at the desk. After driving 12 hours for the day it was the last thing i needed to experience. I even attempted to apologize to her in thinking that maybe it was me but no sir. A person that acts that way is a disservice to this property. Customer service is more important than the hotel and its appearances.

Rooms are very nice and clean. Excellent breakfast with many choices. The shower pressure was poor. They don't provide conditioner.
