Inside, you'll find a robe bed for ultimate relaxation, an electric fireplace for cozy evenings, and three smart TVs for entertainment.
Access to the property is exclusively via a charming yet thrilling swinging bridge, adding a touch of whimsy and adventure to your stay. Please note, this is the only way to reach the property. The area is rich with activities, including numerous hiking trails, hang gliding adventures, and exploring downtown Chattanooga. PLEASE NOTE: We engage in pest control at all of our properties, however, due to the rural nature of some of our properties guests may encounter insects and other small creatures. This can include ladybugs, flies, scorpions, mice, etc.
The guest count you provide must be accurate as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest.
Reminder: If a guest misses the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.
Slippers and robes can be found in your treehouse for you to enjoy during your stay. If the robes are removed/damaged a fee can be charged to you.
This property is located in a mountain landscape in Georgia. Please advise this property does include steep hills, walking up and down stairs or hills around the property, and a mountain landscape. Please be aware of this before booking.
