Hyvää 100. syntymäpäivää Grand Canyonin kansallispuisto! Mikä erinomainen historiallinen paikka viettää matkasi ... Tämä kaunis historiallinen koti rakennettiin alun perin vuonna 1893 ja se kunnostettiin kokonaan ja uusittiin vuonna 2013. Kaikki mukavuudet ovat moderneja, kaikki viehätykset ovat historiallisia. Kaksi king-vuodetta, yksi kuningatar ja yksi yhden hengen mahtuu ryhmiä kauniisti. Mukana täysin moderni keittiö ja pesula. Ilmainen langaton internet, Netflix, satelliitti-tv, kahvi, tuoreet kukat, pyykkisaippua, kalliimmat hygieniatuotteet, täysin varusteltu keittiö - aina Penzeyn mausteisiin!
Kesä yrttitarha. Hedelmäpuut (omena, luumu ja päärynä). Kauniit vuodenajan puutarhat. Iso piha, grilli ja terassit kutsuvat rentoutumaan perheen ja ystävien kanssa. Sijainnin avulla voit kävellä lähes kaikkialla. Historia-ystävät nauttivat valokuvista ja esineistä näytöllä kotona. Oleskele yhdessä Williamsin ikonisimmissa kodeissa, jota on esitelty Flagstaff Mountain Living -lehdessä, Tässä vanhassa talossa ja The Williams News -lehdessä sekä AZ Daily Sun -lehdessä. Vuoden 2015 kuvernöörin historiallisen suojelun kunniapalkinnon saaja. Sisäministeri on lisännyt tämän kiinteistön historiallisten paikkojen kansalliseen rekisteriin. Maksimi käyttöaste on 8. Tämä loma-asunto on todella jotain erityistä.

Tässä kodissa ei ole keskitettyä ilmastointilaitetta, mutta siinä on erilliset vaihtovirtalaitteet, jotka pitävät vieraat mukavina. Meillä on myös suuret suojatut ikkunat ja kattotuulettimet.

Emme salli juhlia tai erityisiä tapahtumia tällä hetkellä. Tämä koti sopii paremmin vanhemmille lapsille, koska se ei ole "lasten turvallinen" ja on historiallinen ominaisuus.

Stayed with our family of 5 that included my 80 year old mom. She loved this house with all the historic detail. Good location with walking distance to Safeway and Dairy Queen, which the kids loved. Plus the easiest check out list we have had in awhile :)

Polar Express getaway

We rented this lovely historic home to treat our family/grandkids to ride the Polar Express. The house is centrally located to visit Route 66 and the shops in Williams. Safeway is conveniently located across the parking lot from the home. The house was clean and presented as it was described. I would just offer a couple of items to be aware of for future guests that I missed in the description. The home is heated by individual gas stoves in the bedrooms and main living area which was problematic with a 2 year old. The units are very hot to the touch and some of the rooms were quite cool due to not having central heat. The stairs were a challenge with young kids as well. We didn't think to bring a gate which would have been helpful. The beds were comfortable and the house was decorated beautifully for Christmas!

Bachelorette Party Weekend

There were 4 of us on this trip and this house was absolutely amazing. We each had our own room with plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. The photos throughout the house are a really cool way to explore the history! We will definitely be renting from here again if we go to Williams!

Lovely and comfortable stay

The fireplaces were welcome on the cold nights. We really liked the historic pictures and memorabilia in the cabinet upstairs. The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet place to stay. This was helpful after spending our days hiking and driving back and forth between area sights. We wished we could have moved the lodging with us to our next stay in Sednona. The kitchen had everything we needed including sharp knives (which we almost never find in rentals). There were fun games for the kids to play too. Thanks for a great stay!

We went at a time that not having AC was okay, windows open and fans on. It was not very clean for the price. There was cobwebs all over ceiling fans, windows ect. The home is old and for a larger person the upstairs felt unsafe. It is not really a place for children. We did take our sons who were able to play across the street at the church. There was a basketball hoop there and we asked permission to play. A couple neighborhood boys stopped and played as well. Having the grocery store in walking distance was good. Personally wouldnt stay again but it was an experieince.

Amazing and beyond expectation

Not only is this a beautiful house but everything about the amenities, décor, and supplies was beyond expectation. This was one of the best VRBO experiences I have ever had and highly recommend the big yellow house to anyone traveling into Williams or the surrounding area.

Beautiful Historic Home in a Great Location

This was my family's first time to the Grand Canyon/Williams and we could not have picked a better place to stay. It is perfectly located within Williams. The supermarket next door is perfect for whatever you need. A short walk outs you in the middle of the old Route 66, where all the restaurants and shops are located. We had a great time and look forward to using it again on our next trip to the area.

Favorite Place to Stay in Williams

We were incredibly impressed with this beautiful historic home located in the heart of Williams. The location was perfectly situated to the Grand Canyon Railway, Bearizona, the Deer Farm, parks, and downtown. Having a Safeway supermarket a block over was a great plus, as well. The owners were wonderful with regard to their communication and responsiveness and the house itself could only be described as modern history. By that I mean, the house is historic while having all the modern day amenities you could ask for. The unit was also very well stocked by the owners. We didn't lack for any amenities. Extremely well managed and maintained vacation home. 5 thumbs up! Will definitely visit again.

Perfect spot for our family trip to the Grand Canyon. The ladies enjoyed the thoughtful design and decor. Ample kitchen, comfortable beds, and cozy main room encouraged togetherness. Wifi was spotty. We had a great time!
