Being from Florida and having several hotel options available is the norm…traveling through Vermont, diff story! I stayed one night during a business trip after driving several hours for work. La Quinta was available at a reasonable price compared to others chains. Seemed like a new hotel to me, room was nice, bed comfy, breakfast was good. No complaints about this property or location. Will stay again!

We loved that the parking was close to the door and how conveniently located to BTV. Easy access.to airport. We didn't love how loud and noisy the rooms above us and, on our floor. Could it be thin walls and floors or lack insulation? Very hard to sleep, at night, which was why we were there, It was very disappointing. Front desk staff was friendly.

The room wasn't prepared for 4 people. We had to call for towels and blankets and sheets etc. The mattresses for the pull-out sofa and the cot should not be called mattresses, they should be thrown out.

Our door to enter the room could not be opened unless you pushed it open with force with your shoulder and leaving the room you had to use extreme force to pull the door closed. In my opinion that is a definite fire hazard and against your safety codes. My husband did mention this to the front desk. We left after the second night. For the price of your hotel per night, $268. and $228, we expect better!!! The exit at the side of the building where we parked was frequented often as we walked in and out, by a girl smoking weed. Not what we were expecting at all. I have left the manager a voicemail to ask for a call back. We stayed the nights of 8/29 and 8/30 in room 107. I hope the door is fixed by now!!! Please do better.

Check in was smooth, staff were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasnt great, and walls were very thin so the kids above us were a bit loud. Otherwise really nice stay!
