We are steps to UNCW , the hospital, and10 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach or our popular Downtown. We take great pride in taking great care of our guests . We offer a clean and comfy roomy home with TV's in each room for your entertainment . Offering an amazing , Unforgettable travel experience above the rest! Customer Service is very important to us! The home has just been completely and stylishly updated and furnished. It's in a quiet area with a large yard that's great for kids and cookouts. For families we provide boogie boards, kids sun shade tent, beach towels, beach umbrella , and a medium wheeled cooler. We also provide a booster seat high chair , a pack n play among other things.
During your stay at this cottage, you're just a quick walk from University of North Carolina at Wilmington. A water park is available. The cottage includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.

Great location close to campus
We stayed here while moving a child into UNCW and loved the place. The owner was available but not intrusive and corrected a small issue before we even arrived (the ice maker had broken so they provided bagged ice before we arrived). We will definitely stay again!

Great Stay and Fantastic Owner
Our stay was great. The owner was in contact with us from the start of our stay there till the end. The home was in great condition when we arrived and it was an easy process in and out. Our family age ranged from 3-84 and the home was well suited for all our needs. Not to mention it’s perfect placement for easy access to everything. 15 minutes and you could be to anything. Highly recommend this property and the owners.

The host was super responsive! Went above and beyond by leaving waters, treats/snacks! If you are visiting a UNCW student, you could not ask for a better location. Hose was super clean. Beds were comfy, and there was plenty of supplies. I will stay again!
