Enjoy being not only close to downtown Wilmington and the Cargo District, but also Wrightsville Beach. In addition to the location, this cozy home includes a spacious living room and a fenced backyard that is fully private and pet friendly! ** Pet fee is $140 ** This comfortable and unique home offers fun games including corn hole, board games, and wii system for family and friends to enjoy. All appliances are brand new, including furniture!
Downtown Wilmington offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, shows, and one of Wilmington's most beloved attractions, The Wilmington Riverwalk. The home is 5 minutes away from all these attractions but only 2 minutes away from the Cargo District which is packed with unique businesses to shop, drink, eat, and socialize even including a dog bar! Want to have a beach day, only a 20 minute commute! Want to visit the University of North Carolina at Wilmington college, only an 8 minute commute. And for anyone working at the New Hanover Regional Hospital, only 2 miles as well as public transportation commute! Never worry about car parking, the large driveway fits at least 3 cars and side parking as well. Take advantage of this home giving you and your loved ones every amenity that Wilmington has to offer!

Very cute and cozy home
My friend and I stayed here and the property is very cute and clean. The only downside is that it is right off of a busy street and getting out of thedriveway can be a tad challenging. Other than that, it was perfect.

Nicely decorated, clean property with all the amenities!
This two bedroom, one bath home was perfect for a friend and myself. I love when VRBO properties offer a king size bed. I mean most couples sleep in King size beds in their own homes, right? The owner provided all the basic items, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, coffee pods, and basic seasonings. They even offered an assortment of snacks!! definitely saving this property to book the next time we are in Wilmington.

The cottage is amazing! It's cute, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Parking was easy. The location was easy for us to get to downtown and the beach. Lauran was super helpful when we messaged her with a question, and she was also quick to answer us on a Saturday evening. We will definitely try to stay there again in the future.

Great place!
My family enjoyed the house. The fenced in backyard is great for our pup, just know that there is a gap under the fence in one corner of the yard so small pets could get out. The house was clean and in a great location for riverwalk! There was a wii in the closet with some games to appeal to the kids also. The host was quick to respond to my messages. Thanks for the stay!

My first time using VRBO, great experience
We were on a vacation / road trip , traveling back home to New Jersey from South Florida. We decided to stay a few nights in Wilmington, where I once resided for a few years. After being on the road for 12 hours, we arrived at 3am to a beautiful welcoming home. Easy access. The host emailed instructions a few days before arrival, very comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated, area has changed for the better since the last time I’ve been to Wilmington, about 7 years ago Great location, very close to the beautiful downtown area. The home was perfect for my husband and I and also 2 teenage daughters. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Perfect Wilmington Getaway!
My husband and I visited family for Thanksgiving and brought our dogs. The house is in a very convenient location (very close to downtown and the beach), and super cute! I also loved that it felt homey enough so our senior dogs (one of which has canine dementia) seemed less anxious in a new environment. I think the only thing I would advise fellow dog owners to do is bring some old towels if you plan on bringing the dogs to the beach or if there's mud outside. The couch is suede, and we were super paranoid about the dogs ruining it from being outside and at the beach (backyard was muddy because it rained the day before we got there). We will definitely be planning to visit again next time we are in town!
