I reserved a room with an ocean view, and was given a room on the first floor with view of the next building wall. I asked to be given another room, "with the view". It turned out - there are NO rooms with ocean view, maybe with some glimpses of it, from the second floor. The property is not just old, it's ancient! The room door has the spaces between the door and the frame, the bathroom door could not be closed at all, as it's deformed from humidity and age. No hair dryer. But the worst was the bed - looks like a full size with a terrible mattress that gave both of us the back pain. Very noisy AC. The pool has a disgusting green slime in it, no wonder nobody was using it.
The price though is not the cheapest in the area. $247 for a night in a shack is too steep.
The staff is friendly and efficient though. No complaints about them.
