Cozy condo, parking stall does not fit SUV vehicle with Tule on (covered parking) but plenty of free street parking around. Owner very communicative and quick responses. Occupancy is listed as max 4 occupants however there is an additional charge for the 4th person (we are a family of 4) which I did not see on booking or missed when I booked. Great for a family of 3!

We had a short visit to Winnipeg and it was nice to have a place in a great neighborhood with off street parking. The host was responsive and knowledgeable and asked if we needed any recommendations for activities or dining options. Much appreciated!

Good & safe location

Overall we had a good stay, felt safe in the area & the location was excellent for our planned adventures. The beds were comfy & the complex was calm & quiet. The only negatives I would report are that the upstairs neighbor was fairly loud when walking & stomped on the floor repeatedly when my son turned on the shower as the water in the pipes banged for a moment. If you are allergic to smoke/cigarettes….There is also a neighbor that is apparently a very heavy smoker. Although it was not noticeable while in the condo, every time we had to enter/exit, the smell in the shared stairwell was enough to make my eyes water, make me cough & make my throat scratch.

March 2024- 1 week stay

We stayed at this VRBO my mother, daughter and I for 1 week has daughter had a swimming meet at the Pan Am pool. Nice and quiet location in a really pleasant neighborhood, really comfortable beds and soft bedding/towels, powerful jet in the shower;) Easy access to airport and downtown (max 15 minutes). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and not to forget, the great coffee machine!! It was a pleasure to relax there after long days at the pool, and David was so helpful, easy to reach and super pleasant;)

Very nice place, very comfortable. The only problem we had was the parking because we had a large truck. And I would make a suggestion that a small bench put near door so there would be able to seat to put boots on.

Very comfortable

Very comfortable condo with everything we needed. Very clean and modern. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of pillows, towels, and sheets. We especially appreciated the body pillows and water cooler! The covered parking was very convenient, although the poles made it difficult to park the minivan we rented. Next time we'll rent a smaller car! Also a great location and very quiet. The host was very helpful. Thank you!

Great experience staying here

This property was just what we needed for a 4 night stay close to family with great amenities. Everything was as advertised. David was a very attentive host, dealing with an A/C problem proactively and helping with the bbq at a moment's notice. Prompt and timely communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Great mini 'honeymoon'

We stayed here for a few days after our wedding to get away before having to go home! Condo was clean, kitchen well stocked with all the cooking utensils/appliances you need to cooks great meal, bed comfy, and the pool was a great addition! Comfortable for us and dogs!

The apartment complex surrounded by a green belt perfect for early morning and late evening walks. It is close to lots of parks for longer walks and very close Kenaston for shopping and getting around Winnipeg.
