Front desk lied and told me that there were no more rooms when I had asked for one closer because I am disabled. When I got into my room it was so loud from the neighbouring rooms and hallway. I texted to let them know, but nothing changed. After an hour I contacted Expedia. I was ready to leave. The front desk called me and offered to switch rooms. I was taken aback because he told me earlier that there were no other rooms. He sounded agitated that Expedia contacted them. He was rude to me and hung up. I ended up leaving after only two hours of being there because a man was angrily yelling and I heard him as if he was in my own room. It was very scary as a solo traveller. Expedia tried to get my money back but the hotel doesn’t care. That two hours cost me a night stay.
