Base Camp 462 is a luxurious townhome nestled amongst the pines that boasts high-end amenities, luxury design & decor and a ski in ski out location that can't be beat. Head inside the the main level living room and soak into the ample couches that are the perfect place to relax after a fun day on the slopes & trails. Warm up by the fire, catch a game on the large TV, play a game at the game table or whip up a cocktail at the wet bar, all on this level. Walk up the small staircase to the gourmet kitchen to whip up lunch or host an immaculate dinner. The private hot tub & deck are right off the kitchen boasting a two way gas fireplace that's the perfect place to soak and catch the stars.

Read to rest easy? The upper level hosts three, you heard that right, three, King bedrooms, all decked out with updated decor and luxury linens for a hotel-like feeling. All three King bedrooms have a bathroom for privacy amongst your group. The kids will love the lower level with a kids lounge and fourth bedroom with Twin over Queen bunk and shared bathroom. The lounge also has two Twin daybeds and a Twin trundle for overflow sleeping. Finally, when you're ready to get outside, you're only 150 yards to the Corridor Trail, making this an easy ski in ski out home for your next winter vacation.

Great mountain getaway
Went up for labor day weekend. Home was perfect for 3 couples and very well stocked for people who like to cook. Within walking distance to the slopes and close to town. Loved all the fireplaces. Would definitely return.

We had a great time and would stay again. Be ready for hundreds of steps a day, moving around inside the home and getting to the corridor involves lots of stairs.

Great ski condo!
Amazing property. Very well maintained and decorated. Short hike to the ski run (corridor) and up some steps. The more adventurous in our group skied through the woods back to the condo, but I would probably recommend just walkibg back down the stairs. Easy parking for 2 cars, easy ski storage in the garage. 4 person hot tub on a great deck. Great room/kitchen was a tremendous place to hang out and watch the Olympics! Owners checked in on us via text several times and responded promptly to all inquiries. Had a great time and would return!

Girls weekend
There were nine of us girls who stayed at the beautiful condo in Winter Park. We have stayed at many properties but this is the nicest of them all! They have given attention to every detail, we felt like we were at home and never wanted to leave! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who would like to get away and relax in the beautiful Colorado mountains.

Dream Kitchen and Entertaining Space
Amazing, fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need - down to the spice rack! We loved the fireplace and TV in the kitchen, made it easy to seat and entertain our group of 12 with big meals. Description is very accurate on the entire home! Hot tub was wonderful to relax in, with private views of the trees! Some info for new groups - there are a lot of stairs - All of the masters are on the 3rd floor, so may not be great for all groups! We would also consider this more trudge in/trudge out - you couldn't ski directly to the house. It was about a 400 yard walk uphill to put on skis to go down to the gondola. Make sure you read the directions with your check-in because the closer path is not in plain sight.
