Rakastaudu Kalliovuorille hiljattain rakennetussa 4 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpyhuoneessa sijaitsevassa Winter Parkin loma-asunnossa, joka nukkuu 12! Kävele Main Street -kadulle selataksesi kauppoja ja kahviloita kaupungissa tai kiinni ilmaisella bussikuljetuksella hiihtääksesi rinteitä lomakeskuksessa. Jos päätät yöpyä, tässä huomionarvoisessa yksikössä on 2 000 neliömetriä viihtyisää, mökkihenkistä asuintilaa sekä oma poreallas ja kansi, josta on mahtavat näkymät vuoristoon ja lampiin.

Pysäköi auto ja säilytä hiihtovälineet lämmitettyssä autotallissa ennen kuin lähdet sisälle viihtymään kaasutakan edessä. Tunnet olosi kotoisaksi lämpimässä ja viihtyisässä oleskelutilassa, joka on varustettu muhkeilla nojatuoleilla, nahkasohvalla ja taulu-Apple TV: llä.

Great spot with minor inconveniences
The property was not super clean when we arrived. There were a few items (T-shirt, sock, etc) left by previous renters. Didn’t seem vacuumed and one toilet was dirty. Only one hand soap on the property. Coffee maker carafe totally burned but Keurig was great! Messaged owner with a question about the light by the hot tub. Zero response. The loft bed area was a bit too warm since there was no window to open there. But, the location was great! Everything was comfortable! So many fun games available! The kitchen was well supplied.

Great location!
This was a great set up and location for our big group. Plenty of beds and space for everyone. The location is steps away from Hernandos and we all walked in town every day. Check in and out process was smooth and easy. Definitely hope to return.

Nice location and comfortable stay
The property is spacious and located close to downtown Winter Park. There weren't any trash bags or toilet paper when we arrive. We called several different times and emailed as well. We got an email three hours after we arrived but at that point we had already purchased these items ourselves. Otherwise the condo was clean and comfortable

Great location; great layout; not impressed with cleanliness
We loved the layout and location of the condo! Perfect for multi-families! Great check in process! However, the condo needed better cleaning and the microwave didn’t work from day 1. We called management about a beeping smoke detector and the microwave. He fixed the smoke detector and said he would return to bring another microwave but we never heard from them again.

This was a perfect spot for our family. Lots of beds/bedrooms allowed for private spaces, and open living area for hanging out together. Stocked with everything you will need. We enjoyed our stay!

The property was exactly as shown and promised. Our family had a wonderful time in the snow and hot tub time. The kids loved the array of board games and found a couple of new ones that are now their favorites!

Amazing
All the comforts of home- this condo was absolutely amazing. Each bed was very comfortable and the layout of bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and accommodating for a party of 9. The location couldn’t be beat- walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and shuttle. I would stay here again in a heart beat. We loved our stay and the amazing views and hot tub. The owner and property manager were very friendly and accommodating. I can’t say enough positive things about our time here.

Winter Park Wedding Weekend
Rented property for a family of 10 for a weekend wedding. Location was perfect for the wedding venue, restaurants, grocery store, and shopping. Property was in terrific shape, comfortable, and clean. View off the balcony was spectacular. Would highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, spacious 3 BR worked well for our 3 couple late-summer vacation. Served as a great base of operations for some truly beautiful day hikes. Hot tub and grill made the end of long days on the trail especially enjoyable

Great location, lacking on cleaning
The most necessary things (toilets, bedding) were clean. However, everything was dusty (blinds, coffee tables, fans, shelves, etc.). The grout in each bathroom was dirty (but the tubs were clean luckily). The windows overlooking the pond and mountains were so dirty you couldn’t see the sunrise very well in the morning due to bright sun. I never heard from the property management company to ask how stay was. I expected it to be cleaner for how much we paid and for the substantial cleaning fee we also have to pay. Positives: location is great! Beds were comfortable! Close to shops, restaurants, etc. there was a lot of space in the unit. It was nice to have access to the garage as well.

Fabulous location!
The condo is is located perfectly. There is a market, multiple restaurants, and a shuttle stop all within less than a five minute walk. There was plenty of living space for eight of us to be comfortable without feeling like we were on top of each other. My only concern was the gas fireplace was working intermittently and my text concerning that was never answered/addressed. Prior to that communication was met with quick responses.

Awesome place
My family and I had a very relaxing stay. The location is awesome for foot or shuttle travel all over the area. Plenty of room with comfortable beds, couch, chairs, etc. Loved it! Private hot tub! Definitely would recommend and we will revisit.

Great Place
This rental is an amazing space that worked absolutely perfect for our family reunion. Loved the lay out, easy walk to anything in Winter Park, and great views. Only down side was trying to get ahold of rental company. We called and emailed and they NEVER got back to us. Other than that, everything was great.

Great location
When we first arrived, multiple smoke detectors were beeping so we called the property manager to come take care of it. It took them about an hour to call me back and another half hour to come out to the house to try to fix them. The maintenance guy was there for about a half hour and couldn't figure out what was going on so he detached all of the smoke detectors and took them with him. We figured he would return them later that day or the next day but he never called or came back to put them back. The last day we were starting to get packed up to leave (around 9:15am) and a car alarm outside set off all of the detectors/alarms in the house. I called the property manager immediately to see what was going on but did not receive a call until after 11 am when check out was at 10 am. (so we were already long gone). When you call the property manager for any questions/concerns it sends you to an automated voicemail and then they call you back. Not very efficient or effective. Other than those 2 issues, the location of the house is great for walking into town and around Winter Park and the stay in the house was nice. The house was also clean upon arrival.

This condo is in a fantastic location and is very well equipped with anything your family would need. Very clean and spacious. I would recommend to any family looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay in Winter Park!

Great Repeat Stay
Our family stayed in this property two years ago and were happy to return for our ski vacation. Really nice washer & dryer update and great Rachael Ray cookware made meal prep a breeze. Easy check-in process and cozy home. Would come back again!

Great for 3 families
House is easy to find and a great location on the bus route to the resort. The house is 4 floors and every family get like they had their own space. Needed with 6 kids under 4 years old. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to make dinner. Hot tub and some bathrooms could have been cleaner, but over all the house was great value.
