Kaikki Winter Parkin keskustassa sijaitsevat kaikki ovat kävelyetäisyydellä, kun valitset tämän ylimmän kerroksen huoneiston Summit Countyn kotisi perustaksi! Tutustu Main Street -kadun pubeihin ja kahviloihin muutaman askeleen päässä ja kiipeää Grand Park Rec -keskuksen vieressä tien varrella. Kun vuori soittaa, ota ratsastaa alas Winter Park Resortiin bussilla, joka nousee kadun toisella puolella. Great place and location
Love the place. Everything was new and clean. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. It was warm and inviting. The parking garage is a life saver when it snows. And it’s in a great location, right next door to the new grocery store and lots of restaurants. We’ll be back for sure.

This condo was perfect, location to take a small hike, market, liquor store, coffee and breakfast/restaurants. It has a perfect view of winter park resort to top it off.

Perfect skiing getaway!
A really nice place, very clean, and well equipped. Garage underground is very convenient and easy to access, I liked using Latch app for opening the doors (however I had some problems figuring out which doors are which as they are not marked). We had a problem folding back the sleeper sofa (we only used it once) and the owner was very nice about addressing the issue quickly but we were able to finally get it to fold. We also suggested a humidifier in the bedroom (owner responded that they will add one). The only other thing I would suggest is getting a firmer mattress but I guess it is a matter of personal preference. I would also like to see the hot tub in common area available for use. Standard and décor - definitely 5 starts, we loved it! Location was also great with a grocery store and shuttle bus to the mountain in walking distance. We did not have to use the car. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you! Katerina and Mike

Perfect
Loved everything about this place! It was within walking distance to many restaurants, and still a very short drive to the ski hill. The condo itself had thick, fluffy towels, plenty of necessity items such as paper towels and cushy TP, etc. The email we received before check-in detailing everything we could possibly need to know was well appreciated. Efforts were clearly made to make this place enjoyed and comfortable, and that it was!

The condo itself is beautiful, directions for Latch locks was very clear, directions for everything inside the condo was written out if you were wondering about anything. The Owner described some local places to try for good food. Very close to markets, coffee shops, food places and much more! We enjoyed ourselves during our stay. They had a lot of things inside the condo for personal use so we didn’t have to purchase. It was nicely decorated for the holiday as well which was great. I highly recommend this to a couple, or 2 couples for a nice beautiful scenic getaway!

Amazing ski trip
We loved this condo for our ski vacation. It is amazingly well decorated, cozy and modern. We also loved having the garage to park in, condo is on the 4th floor but there is an elevator right there in the garage. Check in was really easy and the location is great.

Perfect size and space for 2-4 adults
This property is perfect for 2 couples or 2 friends. Having 2 full baths was a huge plus. Who ever stays on the pull out also has plenty of room in the hall closet and dresser/bar to keep their stuff out of the way when you are lounging. Location is perfect, restaurants, grocery and bus stop all a short walk away. Views of Winter Park are spectacular. Recommend for anyone trying to get away.

No air conditioning!
Property was listed as having air conditioning, but that isn’t true. In fact, we only rented this place because it was listed as having A/C. The temperature never dropped below 80F at night. We were so desperate we put bowls of ice in front of a fan. Thanks for ruining our vacation!

Great place for a couple to spend the weekend together. Entry into the property was really easy and they communicated with us to make sure that we made it in without any issues on the day that we arrived. Very clean property, great view!

Excellent place, excellent location, excellent communication!
I stayed here with my wife, brother, and a friend for President's day weekend. The place was magnificent! Very clean and modern with garage parking. The complex also has a great hot tub and shuttle access to the slopes and is right in the middle of town by everything. Highly recommend staying here. We are looking forward to our next visit.
