Nice condo and pool
Stayed the weekend for the beer festival. Beautiful fall colors overlooking the river! Was a nice short walk to the shops. Property was nice and quiet. Very clean pool too.

Wonderful Location - Fun Place
We were looking for a place that had a slip for our fishing boat and so we gave the Sunset Cove property our booking. It is a mixture of permanent residents (at least summer as it is the Dells) and other properties that are rented out. The overall facility and the Condo itself were well taken care of. There is a great view overlooking a bay from the large private deck and we could watch the boats on the WI River as well. The pool wasn't open as late as we would have liked (the sun doesnt get to the West side of the tall building until later in the afternoon, being mid-Aug), but it was very enjoyable to have it available outdoors before it closed for the night. There is a relatively short walk to the main area of the WI Dells and we went back and forth easily during our stay. It can get crowded of course, being a tourist area but you know you are booking the Dells not the Northwoods. We enjoyed the place and the owner was well respected by the others in the Condo area, helping us find overnight location(s) for our Boat Trailer which was the one issue we had over the 4 days as we had to move it several times. That shouldn't diminish the fact that we had a great time out on the water and there was a very modern clean public launch literally right adjacent to the property.

Our family had a wonderful time! We were able to check in early. The condo has a balcony with an amazing view overlooking the marina and river. It’s a very short walk to the pools and only a couple of blocks to all of the activities in downtown Dells. The condo is spacious and well stocked. Already talking about next year!

Everything went very smooth. Communication with Jeff was easy. The unit is beautiful. We've been coming to Sunset Cove for many years, there's so many great things about this location. Nice property for a family stay
This property was completely as advertised. Beds were comfortable, property manager was available and offered later checkout completely out of the blue. Wifi and appliances were all great. We were very impressed with the communication. Pool is smallish but very nice. Given the high expense (which was reasonable for the season and location) a few other minor touches would be nice: Hand towels in the bathroom(only had body towels and wash clothes), a kleenex box somewhere in the house, and a stool for little kids to reach bathroom sinks. Otherwise, this was great!

A Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful weekend at this location. We were supplied with everything we may have needed. From kitchen utensils to extra blankets. The owner also was very accommodating with our check out time being extended. The neighborhood was a walking distance to the strip. Plus the river walk is right outside the door. We absolutely loved it💜

clean and great location
The property was in a great location which was close to all the places we wanted to go. It was well maintained and I would recommend to friends, although it was a bit too expensive for me. After all the additional fees tacked on it was more than I had wanted to spend but we still had a great time.
