Sisustus on valoisa, tilava ja mukava. Sisääntuloaulasta on olohuone, jossa on mukava istumapaikka vasemmalla kätevällä keittiöllä ja ruokasalilla. On 3 makuuhuonetta, makuuhuone parivuode, toinen makuuhuone 2 erillistä vuodetta ja 3 makuuhuonetta, joissa 2 yhden hengen vuodetta. Huvilassa on 2 kylpyhuonetta, joissa kylpyamme / suihku ja bidee. Suurin käyttöaste 6 henkilöä. Viikottainen siivouspalvelu. Televisio oleskelutilassa, Englanti TV satelliitin kautta (jotkut SKY-kanavat käytettävissä) -DVD-soitin. Yksityinen pysäköintitila pysäköintipaikalla ja monimutkainen turvallinen + kotihälytys - tarjota sängyn pinnasänky ja syöttötuoli. Suuri suolaisen veden allas lämmitettävät aurinko huovat jakaa muiden 2 huvilat perheen.

Lovely stay and ideal location
We booked this villa after meeting Pascual on a previous holiday in Playa Blanca. The communication via email and WhatsApp from Paloma ahead of our stay was great, she sent useful instructions on how to enter the property and was available for any questions we had. The property is as advertised. A few things could do with being updated but overall a lovely villa, well equipped and spacious with a few different seating areas. We travelled with a baby so a travel cot and highchair was provided for us. We liked how the villa was away from the pool as it felt very private and not an issue to walk a few steps to the pool. We enjoyed having our sun loungers away from the pool and the trees provided shade for the baby. We know Playa Blanca quite well so chose this villa for its great location, near by a few shops and restaurants and not a far walk to the main town or flamingo beach. Staying in the villa made travelling with a baby for the first time so easy, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Pascual and Paloma for a great stay!

Lovely holiday!
We had a lovely holiday in Pascual's property. It is in an ideal location, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, beaches. The house was perfect for 3 friends and the pool was great. The only thing was the shower in the main bathroom leaked. The beds were comfortable and the living areas and kitchen were perfect. We would definitely return.

You get what you pay for
Villa was nice and in a great location however the pool was to far away and it felt like I was intruding when I walked over to it as it was past 2 other villas so I did not use it, the beds were memory foam and to hard, cushions also very hard. The shower had very little pressure and so took some time to wash hair etc, but the villa was well equipped and a very good price, we enjoyed our week and used the buses to and from the airport, much cheaper and very easy, bus number 161 with airline on back so thank you Pasquel for the use of your villa .

My wife and I have just returned from a 9 day stay at the villa. Everything is as advertised, a great location less than 5mins walk to the nearest supermarket bars and restaurants. Pascual the owner was an excellent host and is always at hand for any queries you may have. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely 2 weeks break at Pascul's villa. Pascul was on hand to answer any queries we had. The villa was clean and comfortable and the pool was great and shared between three villas. Perfect location with a short walk into town and the playa flamingo beach.

Lovely spacious villa with all that you need. Lots of outside space too. We had a nice stay but tv signal was too weak for us to watch it. Husband was unwell so would of been good for him if it had of worked. We don’t normally want to watch tv on holiday. We had a couple of other issues. Didnt use the pool as was freezing cold. Meant to be heated !
