Kahden makuuhuoneen huvila, oma lämmitetty uima-allas, WiFi, Parque Del Rey Playa Blanca

Moderni yksityinen huvila, joka sijaitsee Parque Del Reyn rauhallisella asuinalueella, vain 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Playa Blancan kaupungin keskustan rannoista, ravintoloista ja kaupoista. Huvilassa on oma sähkölämmitteinen uima-allas, jota ympäröi etelään suuntautuva, oma aurinkoterassi ja perinteinen espanjalainen BBQ. Siellä on ulkoilmaruokailutila, jossa on pergolakatto, jotta voit todella nauttia noista lämpimistä iltaisista.

Huvila on sisustettu korkealla, modernilla standardilla, ja siinä on korkeat kupolikatot viileään ja tilavaan tunnelmaan.
Aulassa on mukavat, kaksi nahkasohvaa, älykäs LED-TV ja WIFI.
Täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa astianpesukone, pesukone, täysikokoinen jääkaappi / pakastin.
Päämakuuhuoneessa on mukava parivuode ja varustetut vaatekaapit, tallelokero. Ilmastointi saatavana kolikoilla toimivana. Kahden hengen huoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja vaatekaapit.

Property was fantastic - everything we needed for our stay. Poll was lovely propert is only 10-15 min easy ealk to all restaraunts cafes etc.Perfect for us. All communication before and during our stay was perfect. Loved our stay and would highly recommend

The villa looks tired both inside and out. Some of the kitchen drawers were broken and there was pealing paint. The pool wasn’t very clean and became cold part way through our stay. Both improved once the pool man had been mid week. Communication was great before the start but not so good when we had a problem.We’ve stayed at other villas in Playa Blanca which were amazing.

Excellent Villa in great location

Lovely clean villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Location is great, 15 min walk to centre. The villa itself is in a nice quiet area so perfect for chilling out. The outside area is lovely and the pool was a perfect temperature for having a dip to cool down. The terrace gets the sun all day and there is a shaded area for when it gets too hot. We booked last minute and the process was very simple. Directions and keycode made accessing the Villa very easy. We travel to Lanzarote a few times a year and this is now one of our favourite villas to stay in. We will definitely book to stay here again.

La villa ben curata, in particolar modo nella zona esterna. La piscina è ben tenuta e anche la sala pranzo fuori e strutturata in modo da contenere il vento che è una costante piacevole dell'isola. Relaxing week at Villa Lucinda

Second stay at Villa LUCINDA, lovely compact villa that has everything you need. Only the main bedroom has aircon but there is a fan if you need in second bedroom. Lovely pool and pool area. Short walk to the main sea front area with shops and restaurants. Good beaches close by and easy guaranteed parking areas if driving. Good communication from host, easy check in procedure and local management company if you need them. Had a lovely relaxing week and will definitely be back for a third time very soon Thank you Julie and Chris

Had een iets beter onderhouden huis verwacht, niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Het was niet super slecht maar naar aanleiding van de gasten reacties en omschrijving op de site viel het me tegen dat het huis zelf, slecht is bijgehouden qua onderhoud aan ramen, deuren, keukenkastjes enz enz. En wat betreft de bedden die waren schoon en de kwaliteit van de bedden was ook goed, maar ik zou zo in deze staat, mijn huis nooit willen verhuren. Er moetbecht hard nodig groot onderhoud en een grote grondige schoonmaak gehouden worden Ik ben misschien verwend, maar had gehoopt dat alles een beetje “frisser” was en beter verzorgd was geweest.

Lovely home from home

We've really enjoyed our stay here, it has everything you need, and is close enough to the supermarket and restaurants for a short walk. Really pretty surroundings. Lanzarote is now our favourite place. The garden is private and a sun trap, sheildong from any of the winds.

Chilled holiday

This was our 3rd stay in this villa and it was wonderful again, it’s got everything you need and just as described. It’s a nice downhill walk to the town and about 4€ home in a taxi after an evening out. Thank you Lucinda for letting us stay again & Fran is wonderful looking after you if you need anything

Lovely Villa

Location was perfect for us, close enough to walk to the seafront with a lot of the restaurants, and yet far enough to be very peaceful. The pool is lovely and well maintained by the “pool guy” (didn’t get his name). The only downside is that it was very very hot during our stay and the lack of aircon in the second bedroom made sleeping difficult. Overall though we would recommend.

Great stay at Casa Lucinda 5*

We had a fabulous stay at Casa Lucinda. The property was clean, comfortable and and the pool was an added bonus. The centre of Playa Blanca is a 20 minute walk with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. We often took a taxi back at the end of the evening as it was only around 4 euros. Communication prior to the trip was easy and Lucinda was great at responding quickly. During our 10 nights stay, Fran popped by to ensure all was well and even had a linen change during our stay. Overall, we had a fabulous holiday and we hope to return in the future.

Summer sun at Casa Lucinda - 2023

A lovely villa in a great location. The pool remains in the sun all day but shade is also available beside the pool. Immaculate, with everthing needed for our 2 week stay. We only used the aircon during the night(€1or 2 per night). We found lots of nice places to eat out at the marina & in Playa Blanca (20min walk or €5 taxi). We hired a car which was handy but not necessary. We also enjoyed the local market, shops, beach & a trip to Jameos del Agua (we spent a lot longer than we thought we would) Turned into a full day trip, as we stopped at Arrieta on the way back to the villa for a bite to eat. Aqualava waterpark is also close by..... 1/2 day tickets are available from 3pm (Small but fun). Lots of local information provided by Lucinda & Fran was very kind & avaliable if needed 😀

Great Place to stay

Well maintained villa in a great position. Ideal for a couple. Everything we needed and great to have a contact nearby although we didn't have any issues. Really liked having an alarm as I I find it hard to settle in a strange place. We would definitely recommend to others.

Our 2nd time in this villa and loved it just as much as last year, everything is just as described in the write up. Only about a 20 min walk to shops and restaurants then usually got a taxi back for 4 euros but only because it was dark at this time of year, if we come back in the summer months we would walk back. Lovely villa

We really enjoyed our 10 day stay here. The place was spotless and check in was easy with excellent communications from both Fran and Lucinda. The pool was the cleanest we’ve ever had (hats off to Paul the pool guy for such a good job!) and the pool temperature in late November/ December was positively balmy. The pool area is a great sun trap and very quiet and private. The location is great, it’s no more than a 15 minute walk to the seafront and the new well lit walkway makes it very easy indeed. A full complement of British TV channels and good Wi-Fi and a very welcome pack of water, milk, tea, coffee, cava together with a selection of herbs and olive oil made it very easy to settle in. Highly recommended!

A LITTLE GEM OF A VILLA

One of the best villas on Parc del Rey & we have rented here for 18 yrs. Pool maintenance & temperature first class. Lucinda lovely to deal with & Fran could not be more helpful.
