Very clean and very close to the sakaragicho station. Beautiful clean hotel. Staff is very helpful. Room was very spacious and well planned out. It is attached to a multi level shopping mall with two entire floors dedicated to restaurants. The Noge district is just 2 blocks away. Just a tip, if you want your luggage sent to your next hotel, the company the hotel uses is very expensive. It is better to go to the 7/11 right next to the hotel and use Yamato transport.

I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again in the future. Convenient to train station, bus stop, connected to 7-11, Colete Mare shopping mall with market and restaurants. Nextdoor to Cial market, in walking distance to historical Red Brick Market and an abundance of restaurants, shops and cafes.

Nice hotel, perfect service, clean and location was fantastic. You don't have to go outside to eat or shop. Small access directly from the hotel. Train station 2 minutes walk

I like Sakuragicho and it is also only 1 stop away from Yokohama Station. The hotel is right at the station so it is very convenient.

Location is great. View of bay is wonderful. Lots of transportation options. Right next to train station. Walking distance to many shopping and attractions. One odd issue is that there isn’t an option to walk to lobby at certain times. The escalators in shopping area close when shopping center is closed. Otherwise you need to take 2 elevators regularly from floor to your room, that’s a little odd. Otherwise a very nice room, staff, and location.

Not a 4 star American Hotel, but

Overall the stay was good. The beds were too firm for our standard of a Western style Hotel. I actually had to find a nearby furniture store that sold bed toppers (6 cm memory foam which made it better). Everything was within walking distance, train station, Ramen Noodle Tour many shops and food places. Private bath and shower was very nice. Fairly quiet at night for sleeping. Market and restaurants within the same building.
