Book 2 connecting Room for 3 person. It was very small. No space to open 3 luggage. Plus point will be the location. Near to train station, dining and shopping. Everything within reach. Entrance to hotel is in a small alley so it could be easily missed. Komeda coffee is right opposite hotel good for morning breakfast. Mister donut is just next to hotel lobby too.

Family of 4 and we had 2 connecting rooms. Rooms are terribly small! But it has everything you needed. Other than the size, nothing to complain about. Beds are comfortable. In a good location close to Nagoya station. No onsite parking and you can park at nearby Winc Building.

Location for this hotel is good, within 10mins walk from all train/bus stations. Condition of the property average. Condition of room slightly below average. 1 of the pillow provided is flat like almost no filling inside while the other one is ok. Cleaniness of the room below average. Upon check in, we found the bed head is dusty, curtain has stain, cup has lipstick mark, bathtub is not clean, bedsheet has stain. Corner of the bathtub bottom leaks when you release water after taking a hotbath. Comparing the hotel stay within the same chain brand, the one in Osaka is so better, Nagoya one is below average. A bit disappointed.

The location of the property is good. When we arrived, we went to reception to check in, was standing in line for awhile with 2 available staffs. No one has advised we could self check in on the machine in front of them while we waiting. I was wondering there and and figure it myself. Not that welcoming. The room size is ok. When enter the toliet, it was a bit stink. Think the smell is from the drainage. Bed head and portion of the table is dusty, there are stains on curtain, bath room wall and bathtub. Cleaniness is not that great. Bed is comfortable but pillows are bad. One of them is so flat, i have to fold it into half to use it. I had a sore neck when i woke up.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Hotels are smaller in Japan, so it's all the organization of space. I appreciated how they organized the room to have more surfaces to store random things. I also like how the check in and check out process was done on a machine which made it very easy. Staff were very respectful too. There's a full amenities bar by the check in desk for everything from tea to toothbrushes. I really recommend this hotel for a convenient place to stay near Nagoya Station!

The staff at Fresa were very accommodating and patient with our check in during the evening. The room is a standard business hotel size but there were some questionable instances; carpet edges were dusty and the drapes had stains on them. Outside of these, the location is close from the Nagoya station with a strip restaurants right outside the property
