Yuba City Attached, Private Suite w/Pool, Laundry

About this space
This little suite has everything you will need! There is a kitchenette to include mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. The room has a queen bed, television w/Roku, closet, table, and chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower.

The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Monday and open year-round for use.

The suite is the back unit (unit #2).

The garage parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.
The space
This cute little suite used to be the master bedroom of the house, but was walled off to make a completely separate unit. It includes a kitchenette and a bathroom. There is a queen size bed and a television. Guests are welcome to enjoy the refreshing in-ground swimming pool any time of the year, but please note that it is not heated. Laundry access in the garage.

NOTE this is not a party location; the guest that initiates the rental must be on the property.
Guest access
There is a key lock for entry. Guests have access to entry walkway, backyard patio, side yards, swimming pool, hammock, and flower garden. Feel free to plug the Edison lights in during the evening and enjoy! (The black box on top of the storage bench outside is what you open up to plug them in)
Other things to note
Please keep the double gates closed per our neighbors request and the safety of neighborhood children in regards to the pool.

The heating and air conditioning is ran by the front (bigger) unit. There is a heater and fan in the suite in the winter and a heater, fan and AC in the suite during the summer (guests in the suite can close the vents so that the ventilation system is not shared).

Both units are ran off of one hot water heater. There are four bedrooms total between the two units, meaning that up to 8 people could be sharing the hot water heater. Please be courteous of other guests.

The landscaper comes every Saturday morning.

The pool is serviced every Tuesday.

There is no chair with a back on it that is kept in the unit due to space. If you would like a chair with a back on it, there are simple plastic folding chairs in the garage and there are also a couple of wooden chairs with seat cushions with backs on them in the garage. Feel free to use whichever you’d like.

If a repair is required, guests must notify the host immediately.

Guests must use the swimming pool in compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

The safety fences around the property must remain secure and the gate locked.

Take note that the CDC reports that drowning is one of the leading causes of death for children between the ages of 1 and 4, and it’s the 5th leading cause of death by accidental injury for people of all ages. Use caution around bodies of water.
