As the top Professional Management Company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards and have been able to keep our rates low while still paying a living wage. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests.

GPS will bring you easily to the property and there is about a quarter mile of hard, dirt roads to get to the house.

The Mesa house is cooled and heated by mini splits in each bedroom to keep you comfortable all year long.
• FIRE
No outside fires are ever allowed. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine.
• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.
By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above for use of the pool, spa and guest policy.

• DEPOSIT
We do not charge a security deposit. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages!
