You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

This terrific recreational vehicle is a charming and wonderful space for guests and resides on a working ranch! Animals maybe present, including cows, sand lizards and reptiles. Also, a entry gate maybe closed if leaving late night or early morning, check with host. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. With heating and AC, you'll be comfortable no matter the weather. The bathroom is conveniently located and well-equipped. Great for star gazing, hiking or cruising around the countryside on your electric bike.
Electricity, water, trash and septic are included. Owner will fill water tanks and empty septic every 3 days.
The late model trailer is located on a working ranch several miles south of Otis and is not for everyone, exact location upon booking. Thanks for your consideration!
