Great staff, great hotel
Amazing. We only speak English and the staff was so welcoming and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We even booked an extra night it was so nice. Very clean, delicious breakfast and helpful staff made our stay unforgettable!

에트나 화산 근처에 있어 매우 춥지만 아름다운 에트나산을 가까이 할 수 있는 아주 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 겨울이라 다소 썰렁했지만 그래도 아침에 여명과 함께하고 밤에 별을 볼 수 있는 특별한 경험이었습니다.

Mauvaise isolation phonique et clients mal élevés parlant fort et regardant des vidéos tard dans la nuit. Bonne réaction du patron qui nous aurait fait une bonne réduction(320€ au lieu de 413€) mais j'avais payé d'avance à votre organisme..... Bien placé, patron très abordable, patrone très..matrone.
