Service war sehr aufmerksam, professionell und jederzeit freundlich. Hotel ist nahe eines schönen Sandstrand gelegen und verfügt über eine ruhige und schön angelegten Poollandschaft für drinnen und draussen, sollte einem die Ostsee einmal zu kalt sein. Zimmer waren durch die offenen und einfache Badezimmer Bauweise eher gewöhnungsbedürftig. Frühstückbuffet und Essen waren sehr lecker!

Schönes Hotel, aber...

Es ist eigentlich ein sehr schönes schönes Hotel in exponierter erster Lage, mit schöner Lobby, gemütlicher Bar, aber mich persönlich hat die offene Badsituation sehr gestört. Das WC ist lediglich mit einer Schwingtür aus Milchglas abgeteilt, von verschlossen kann man da nicht reden. Die entsprechende Geräuschkulisse hat man zwangsläufig im ganzen Zimmer. Der Waschtisch ist gänzlich offen zugänglich und die Dusche bietet auch freien Einblick, ist also nicht mal mit Milchglas versehen. Man ist also nirgendwo mal ungestört und ungesehen. Weiterhin finde ich die Parksituation mit 18€ für die Tiefgarage und 13€ für einen Außenstellplatz recht sportlich, öffentliche Alternativen haben wir nicht gesehen. Auch ärgerlich war, dass ständig die Zimmerkarten nicht funktionierten, die den Eintritt in's Zimmer und den Außenstellplatz verwerten, obwohl wir diese separat vom Handy hatten. Ich will nicht alles schlecht machen, nur konstruktive Kritik äußern, ansonsten hatten wir drei schöne Tage im Steigenberger Strandhotel.

Hotel, zentral gelegen

Verlängertes Wochenende in einem tollen Hotel. Schöne, geräumige Zimmer mit Blick zur Ostsee. Ein Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen läßt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Super Strandlage

Die Küche im "Apartment" war verschlossen und nur gegen Aufpreis benutzbar. WLAN war nicht vorhanden, dafür bekam man ein LAN-Kabel zur kostenlosen Internet-Nutzung. Die Zimmer waren sauber, hatten aber den Charme der 90-iger Jahre des letzten Jahrhunderts. Das Frühstück war gut und die Auswahl reichlich.
