Nice, basic hotel. No plates or bowls though!
Overall a nice, basic hotel. Excellent location for traveling: Tram to the airport stops right at the entrance. There's a small, nice sauna though you'll need to ask to warm it up, and a small gym. Rooms were OK, carpets, sofa bed big enough for 2 kids. Cold windows get soaking wet if you've showered.
Amazingly, through both mornings (Monday around 9-10 and Tuesday around 7-8) the restaurant was constantly out of plates, bowls and spoons. I can see how this happens occasionally, but not the entire morning on two days and in different times. Breakfast was fine, but imagine everybody stuck hungry waiting for plates, as there weren't any of any kind. Every now and then someone would bring a dozen presumably freshly washed plates or bowls from the kitchen or a couple spoons, people would swarm like hyenas and the plates would be gone in 10 seconds. Wait another 10 minutes, fight to get whatever dishes were available and try to grab a couple for the family, and make sure the waiters don't remove the dirty ones when you're not looking, as they were very valuable at this point. Seriously. I used tiny coffee cups for yoghurt and fruits as I got tired of waiting. What's wrong - they can't buy a few hundred extra ones and wash them the night before??
WLAN also works odd. I'm guessing it has a limit of 2 or 3 devices, as on different devices it would sometimes work, sometimes prompt for the access code (from the reception) and say "can't login, restart your browser or device".
