Dirty and Uncomfortable
First impression of the hotel is how dirty it was. The carpets in the hallway and stairs looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. The room was dark and depressing. Beds were really uncomfortable. Pool was too cold to swim in and again very depressing room. The only good thing was the customer service when we were leaving.

Tracy at the front desk was awesome, friendly and very helpful...Tracy had to move us from the room we were in as we had a leakie toilet...we got up graded and will rent the unit with the kitchenette next visit..was great...thank you

Bathroom was dirty. Ring around the tub. No hand towels only bath towels. Very hard to plug in the coffee maker. Had to move the desk Lock on door was broken. First floor still has many stairs and a long walk to the end Mattress was comfy but pillows were very hard. Did not have a good sleep. Will not stay here again!!
