"Perinteinen talvilomamatka aikuisten kesken aina ihanalle Pyhälle. Hotelli on sijainniltaan ylivertainen ja oheispalveluiltaan hyvä (sauna, Ärrä, kiva ravintola). Kokemuksesta jää kuitenkin vuosi toisensa jälkeen nihkeä tunnelma: palvelu on ankeaa ja kylmää. Laskureissuilla olisi mahdollisuus saavuttaa ihan oma tunnelmansa kun paikan työntekijöillä on hyvä fiilis ja josta asiakkaat pääsevät osaksi, ollaanhan potentiaalisesti yhteisen intohimon äärellä. Pyhällä pakolliset toiminnot hoituvat, mutta yhtään ylimääräistä tervehdystä, kiitosta tai kontaktia ei oteta. Myös paljon mainostetu hissilippuale jäi meiltä jo toista vuotta peräkkäin saamatta. Tästä kaikesta poikkeuksena aamiaishuoneen (uusi iloinen) henkilökunta ja aurinkoiset siivoojat! "
