Enttäuschung
Wir buchten das Ferienhaus über Fewo direkt und Novasol war Vertragspartner. Die Angaben über die vorhandenen Schlafräume waren Falsch. Anstatt drei Schlafräume mit je zwei Betten befanden sich im Haupthaus nur zwei Schlafräume mit je einem Doppelbett. Die anderen Betten befanden sich in einer abgelegenen Hütte , etwa 50 Meter vom Haupthaus entfernt und für uns 6 Personen mit kleinen Kindern inakzeptabel. Die Toilette war nicht sauber , Zigarettenstummel auf dem Schrank und auch so waren alle Gebäude eher halbherzig gepflegt. Überall blätterte die Farbe ab , tote Insekten an den Zimmerwänden und einige Ecken waren mit Unrat zugestellt. Der Strand als solches war eine steile Böschung mit scharfkantigen Schotter unterlegt und zum Baden völlig ungeeignet, da man sofort im Schlamm einsinkt. Ostseeblick hatte man nur vom Bootssteg. Viele Schränke waren mit persönlichen Dingen des Besitzers belegt. Die Küche war nur mäßig ausgestattet und die Küchenstühle völlig instabil. Wir hatten unverzüglich Novasol über die Zustände informiert, jedoch haben die sich nach einem Telefonat nicht mehr gemeldet ,waren nicht mehr erreichbar und haben auch auf Mails nicht reagiert. Schade , da die Lage und die Umgebung toll waren. Internet war einwandfrei. Viele Mücken und Stechfliegen.
