"Overall everything was great. The staff was friendly, helpful and generous. They executed every wish I had and even more. The location of the hotel is great and the price is competitive. The drinks and meals were super. In conclusion, I can warmly recommend having an all-inclusive from the Resident hotel."

"Kokonaisuutena positiivinen kokemus. Mukavan pieni hotelli verrattuna joihinkin resortteihin. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Erityismaininta pool barin henkilökunnalle. Meillä oli sviitti, joka oli kivasti sisustettu ja pinnoilta moderni ja puhdas. Toki sängyn alla oli aika reilusti pölyä eli tarkempi siivous olisi ajoittain paikallaan. Joko meillä oli hiljaiset naapurit tai sitten äänieristys normaalia parempi. Todella hyvät sängyt! Allasalueen vessat kuluneet ja ei niin siistit. Allasalue muuten viihtyisä ja puhdas. Hyvät aurinkotuolit! All inclusive ruoka ihan ok, mutta ei mitään super hyvää. Eipähän tullut syötyä ihan liikaa. Mehut ja limpparit laadukkaampia kuin muissa käymissämme 4 tähden Kreikan hotelleissa. Viinit samaa litkua kuin muissakin. Pool barin drinkit sen sijaan todella hyviä ja mukavan laaja lista! Leikkipaikka ja Kid's club vähän kulahtaneet ja pienet. Mutta kyllä niissäkin lapset viihtyi ihan ok. Beach volley -kentän hiekka harmillisen kovaa. Hiekan vaihdolla siitä saisi helposti toimivamman. Hotelli menee ehdottomasti "Saatamme tulla uudelleen" -listalle! "

"Food was ok, nothing special. Pools were nice but would have been great with older children. Pool water was clean and warm. Not enough sun beds. Room needed to be updated and the bed was horribly hard and hurt to sleep in. Pillows were comfortable, room was spacious and air conditioning worked well! Small fridge in the room was nice. We had a bath tub and when we emptied it after using it, it spilled smelly water from the floor drain and there was no way to clean it by ourselves. Biggest problem was the understaffing. There was usually only one person catering the pool bar and lobby bar which meant very long waiting times. In the restaurant there were also too few people and they were working really hard but oftentimes utensils and glasses were out. Also there were very few options on drinks included in the all inclusive, for example only three different cocktails. The sodas were some knockout brands and were usually off with having too much or too little syrup or no bubbles. "
