"The hotel has a nice location on Sentosa island near Imbiah station (Sentosa express monorail). You get to use the Sentosa express for free with a QR-code you get from the hotel reception. The staff is friendly, we were always greeted when passing the reception. Our room was always cleaned well enough (as it should be of course). The hotel also has a complimentary shuttle bus to Beach Station and Vivo City, and back, going every half hours. If you want to party a little, there is a nice rooftop bar with a swimming pool in the seventh floor. The only negative thing is that the noice from somewhere (the top bar perhaps?) sometimes reached our room, but it was almost inaudible (we have a very good hearing) and the music was turned down after 23.00. When you leave the hotel, you can leave luggage there for keeping. There are several restaurants in the complex but we didn’t eat in them at this time."

"The hotel is very family friendly which is great and therefore I would only recommend the hotel for a family trip. When arriving to the hotel the lobby is very spacious but there are no welcoming drinks, cold towels or anything waiting. Check in is smooth but they make 200sgd creditcard authorization per every night which is something to keep in mind if staying for longer periods. We stayed at Panoramic sea view King room which was spacious and clean. No welcoming gifts, minibar is empty but room service is working 24h, ceiling fan + well working AC, great sea view and roof over the balcony which was nice thing during rain. Very ok room for our family of three. The rooms are cleaned randomly between 10am and 18pm which was a bit odd. The breakfast selection is wide but the culinary experience is dissappointing. Not on par with many other 4 or 5 stars hotel. Being a big hotel the breakfast is quite crowded (as expected) and somewhat chaotic. Lots of kids ofcourse and many families leave the tables in awful condition. On the terrace some people feed the birds which only atracts more of them. The beach was private cove which was nice but I was suprised to see trash around. Usually 4 and 5 star hotels take very good care of their private beaches. The pool area is excellent for kids and definetely the best part of the hotel. The staff is on top of their game and I even saw them rescueing a child twice from the big pool. The food in the pool bar was mediocre and expensive."
