The space
Scenic property sits high on the lot with a new circular driveway, flat land, and beautiful sunset views. Large dining/family room with abundant natural light, open kitchen, and beamed ceilings perfect for gatherings. Charming stone fireplace creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. Family room has two french doors - one directly leading to the heated gunite pool (May-Sept), and the other to the open patio which has outdoor dining and lounging areas. The pool is fenced and there is a newly constructed safety gate to the pool. Dedicated working space in the library. Formal living room with additional fireplace.

The main staircase leads to four bedrooms with two full baths. The primary bedroom walks out to an expansive deck overlooking the pool and grounds. Two of the four bedrooms have bunkbeds including a room with a full size baby crib. The other two bedrooms have a king size bed and queen size bed. A back staircase connected to the dining room leads to an in-law suite with a full sized bed and newly renovated ensuite bathroom. There is a large playroom for children off the back staircase down the hall from the in-law suite.

The property has a small 2-stall horse stables, large barn, fenced paddock, chicken coop and raised garden bed. Fabulous gardens (fresh mint right off the pool!), large mature trees that create shade even on the hottest day, 3 acre fenced back yard, and a very quiet road. Enjoy proximity to state parks and hiking trails nearby, and centrally located for easy access to the villages of Redding, Ridgefield, Weston and Easton.
Guest access
Access to entire house except owners closet in primary bedroom. Garage holds up to three cars and driveway can hold additional cars. Able to access barn but unsafe to go upstairs, especially children.
